With over five decades of experience in finance and private equity, McCarthy brings a deep well of global deal-making expertise. He has been involved in billions of dollars of transactions in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and is currently spearheading several high-impact RWA initiatives. These include structuring a tokenized U.S. real estate fund, preparing a U.S.-based bridge-lending platform for listing on a U.K. Alternative Trading System, and partnering with a LATAM consortium to tokenize both real estate and alternative asset classes.
