Proposed framework combines purpose-specific data licensing, controlled access, contributor participation and PSRN-based settlement.
Jakarta, Indonesia
Pustaron has announced its proposed PSRN token utility design, according to project materials, outlining a data licensing framework that connects contributors with buyers while incorporating PSRN into planned mechanisms for settling data usage fees and contributor compensation. The proposed design targets Indonesia and other multilingual markets and addresses data authorization, controlled access, quality verification, licensing and contributor participation.

According to project materials, the Pustaron (PSRN) framework is designed to make the conditions for data use and contributor compensation more explicit. Its proposed data licensing service is intended to connect data contributors with buyers while linking PSRN utility to defined data services and settlement processes.
According to project materials, the Pustaron (PSRN) design covers data onboarding, consent management, quality verification, standardization, licensing, and settlement. One notable feature is that contributing data is not treated as an unrestricted transfer. Each contribution requires clarity about who provided it, which tasks it may support, and how its use is recorded. This gives the project’s data protection objectives and proposed token utility a concrete operational foundation.
According to project materials, Pustaron proposes separating on-chain records from the underlying data. Authorization credentials, source hashes, version information and settlement records are among the information intended to be recorded on the blockchain, while original files, personal information and trade secrets would remain in an off-chain environment with controlled access.
According to project materials, this separation is intended to address both record verification and access control. Contributors need to know which uses they have authorized, while buyers need to check that the permissions they receive correspond to the relevant data version.
According to project materials, purpose-specific data licensing is another feature of the proposed framework. Pustaron distinguishes between evaluation, retrieval or API access, and model training, assigning different permission scopes to different tasks.
According to project materials, Pustaron’s participation design includes two routes: direct individual contributions and contributions through Data Koperasi, its proposed data cooperative model.
According to project materials, this mechanism reflects Pustaron’s emphasis on the contributor’s role. The proposed design addresses how data enters the network and how contributors can participate in discussions about pricing, permitted uses and compensation allocation.
According to project materials, PSRN is intended to support the settlement of data usage fees and contributor incentives. Its proposed utility is tied to the delivery of data services: once data has been appropriately authorized, meets agreed requirements and is used for the relevant task, compensation and its allocation would be handled under the applicable rules.
According to project materials, Pustaron’s proposed data quality framework distinguishes four dimensions: trustworthy provenance, clear rights, reliable content and commercial usefulness.
Key Details About the Pustaron (PSRN) Design
What is Pustaron?: A proposed data licensing and participation framework targeting Indonesia and other multilingual markets.
What is PSRN?: The project’s proposed token utility mechanism for settling data usage fees and contributor incentives.
How is data access handled?: The proposed design separates on-chain authorization and verification records from underlying data stored off-chain with controlled access.
How does licensing work?: Permissions are proposed to be tied to specific purposes such as evaluation, retrieval or API access, and model training.
How can contributors participate?: Through direct individual contributions or the proposed Data Koperasi cooperative model.
How is data quality considered?: The proposed framework distinguishes provenance, rights, content reliability and commercial usefulness.
Based on the available materials, Pustaron’s distinguishing features center on three connected priorities: refining authorization through purpose-specific permissions, preserving participation choices through two contribution routes, and linking contributions to compensation through service settlement. Together, these elements provide a concrete proposed use case for PSRN. Actual performance will depend on the products, membership rules, implementation details, and verification results disclosed as the project progresses.
About Pustaron

NordFX Highlights Gold’s Record-Price Era and Its Impact on XAUUSD Trading
New York, USARecord gold demand, central-bank buying and shifting market conditions are keeping XAUUSD in focus as traders assess costs and execution.
Record gold demand, central-bank buying and shifting market conditions are keeping XAUUSD in focus as traders assess costs and execution.
New York, USA
NordFX is highlighting the changing market conditions surrounding gold as record demand, continued central-bank purchases and significant price movements keep XAUUSD among the instruments followed by active traders. The market developments are also drawing greater attention to the costs and execution conditions involved in trading gold.
According to the World Gold Council, global gold demand exceeded 5,000 tonnes in 2025, reaching a record value of US$555 billion as gold prices recorded 53 new all-time highs. Demand remained substantial during the first half of 2026, reaching 2,522 tonnes valued at US$380 billion. Although gold prices eased from their first-quarter peak, the second-quarter average remained 37% higher year on year, while central-bank buying continued to support demand.
Why Gold Remains an Active Trading Market
Gold’s performance in 2026 illustrates how strong underlying demand can coexist with price pullbacks and changing investment flows. For traders, these conditions can increase the importance of how positions are entered, managed and closed.
Gold remains sensitive to interest-rate expectations, movements in the US dollar and geopolitical developments. Economic data releases and policy announcements can alter those expectations and contribute to substantial price movements during a single trading session.
“Gold has become one of the main instruments traders use to express a view on the global macro environment,” said John Gordon, Market Analyst at NordFX. “When expectations around interest rates, the dollar or geopolitical risk change, XAUUSD can react very quickly. This makes both market analysis and trading conditions particularly important.”
Against this backdrop, evaluating access to gold involves more than determining whether a broker offers XAUUSD. Spreads, commissions, execution conditions and overnight financing costs can all affect the practical cost of maintaining a position.
Trading XAUUSD with NordFX
NordFX provides access to XAUUSD through MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. On MT4 Zero and MT5 Zero accounts, XAUUSD is currently offered with a 0.0 spread and a commission of 0.00175% per side under the promotional rate, compared with the standard commission of 0.0035% per side.
The commission is charged separately when opening and closing a position, while the spread represents the difference between the quoted bid and ask prices. Considering both components can provide a clearer picture of the transaction costs associated with trading gold.
For active traders, the distinction can be relevant when comparing different approaches to XAUUSD access. Brokers may structure gold pricing through spreads, commissions or a combination of both, while overnight financing and execution prices can also affect the overall cost of a trade.
Gold Remains a Key Market for Traders
The contrast between gold’s record year in 2025 and its second-quarter pullback in 2026 highlights the importance of considering both longer-term demand and shorter-term market conditions.
For traders following XAUUSD, monetary-policy expectations, movements in the US dollar and changes in investment flows remain relevant factors in market analysis. Understanding the associated trading costs and execution conditions is another consideration when translating that analysis into a position.
NordFX expects XAUUSD to remain a significant instrument for active traders as market participants continue to monitor developments affecting gold prices.

“A Beautiful Thing”: Troutman Amin, LLP The Official Law Firm of the University of California Berkeley Golden Bears Celebrates Databricks’ Field Naming Deal

Troutman Amin, LLP Lion Logo Will Remain At the 25 Yard Lines at Cal Memorial Stadium as Databricks' Logo Takes Over Midfield
Berkeley, CA
Troutman Amin, LLP the official law firm of Cal Athletics welcomed the news today that data analytics and AI giant Databricks, Inc. had acquired naming rights to California Memorial Stadium.
“We view this as amazing news and an incredible step forward for the Cal Football and the entire Golden Bears athletic department.” Said Troutman Amin, LLP partner Eric J. Troutman who graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1999. “Databricks is a fantastic company and another outfit founded by Cal grads just like Troutman Amin, LLP was. Seeing these folks step up and support the school like this is just outstanding news. Really love to see it. Welcome to the family!”
Troutman Amin, LLP inked its own historic deal with Cal Athletics in late 2024, locking up the rights to have the firm’s famous lion logo emblazon the field through the 2028 season and making it the first law firm in history to have its logo on a NCAA Division 1 football field.

“We were so honored to make history with our deal to have our wonderful lion logo on the hallowed ground of Cal Memorial Stadium and we are even more honored to now have our logo on the field bearing the name of an exceptional company like Databricks.” Said firm founder Puja J. Amin. “These folks are top-of-market and top-of-mind in their realm just as Troutman Amin, LLP is recognized as the best TCPA and CIPA defense and counseling firm in the nation.”
Troutman was particularly pleased to see Databricks stepping up to support the team given that all of Databricks’ founders were all former graduates and staff of the University of California at Berkeley.
“It is critical for the massive and powerful Cal alumni network to pull together to support the school and its athletics program.” Troutman said. “When we signed our deal back in 2024 it made no real business sense- we spent over 10% of our revenue to advertise in a market where we don’t even had an office. But we wanted to show the world the power of the GREATEST University on Earth and we knew with a little help from the Troutman Amin, LLP Lion the Golden Bears could really ROAR. The team has been on the upswing ever since.”

The Databricks naming rights deal was made possible through Troutman Amin, LLP waiving its right-of-first refusal and allowing Cal Athletic to proceed with the new sponsor a move Troutman says he welcomed with open arms.
“We are ecstatic that Databricks has chosen to support the school in this way and we supported the deal fully from the start.” Troutman says. “Just sit back and marvel at it. General Manager Ron Rivera, Coach Tosh Lupoi, the Databricks’ founders, Dialpad’s founder Craig Walker and myself are all Cal grads looking to make a positive impact on the school and community that gave us so much in life. That’s just a beautiful thing. No wonder things are going so well.”
The Troutman Amin, LLP lion logo will appear at the 25 yard lines while the Databricks logo will appear at midfield through at least the conclusion of the 2028 season.
“DataBricks, Dialpad and Troutman Amin, LLP have all signed multi-year commitments with Cal Athletics and you can bet we will be looking to be friends through 2028 and beyond.” Amin says. “Being a part of this journey has truly been one of the highlights of my professional career and we look forward to rooting the powerful Golden Bears on every game this season. Go Bears!”
