Brian Ferdinand From Forbes Thought Leadership to Market Outperformance
LAS VEGAS, Nev
Featuring Brian Ferdinand, Portfolio Manager at EverForward and member of the Forbes Business Development Council
In today’s increasingly complex financial landscape, the gap between theory and execution is more visible than ever. Brian Ferdinand operates at the intersection of both. As a portfolio manager at EverForward and an active contributor to the Forbes Business Development Council, he combines real-time market performance with structured, experience-driven thought leadership.
This dual role is what makes his perspective particularly valuable. While many professionals focus either on execution or commentary, Ferdinand bridges both bringing insights from live markets directly into his written work.
Q: Brian, you’re contributing to Forbes while actively managing capital at EverForward. How are you enjoying the Forbes experience?
Brian Ferdinand:
It’s been a strong experience so far. What makes the Forbes Business Development Council valuable is the level of discourse you’re engaging with operators, not just commentators.
For me, it’s an extension of what I already do in markets: distill complexity into structured thinking. Writing forces clarity. If you can’t articulate your framework cleanly, it usually means the thinking isn’t fully refined.
Q: You’ve had a notably strong start to the year as a portfolio manager. Does that influence what you write about?
Brian Ferdinand:
It does, but indirectly. Performance always comes first execution, risk management, capital deployment. The writing comes after.
This year has started well we’ve generated north of 25% in the first two months, in what’s been a highly unstable market environment.
What that does is give you real-time perspective. When I write about risk, volatility, or decision-making under pressure, it’s not theoretical it’s coming directly from what we’re navigating day-to-day in the portfolio.
Q: What is the actual process like writing for Forbes?
Brian Ferdinand:
It’s structured. You’re not just publishing freely you’re contributing within a framework.
You submit ideas aligned with your domain expertise mine is trading, risk, and decision-making under uncertainty. There’s editorial oversight, but the key is that your voice remains intact.
The important part is discipline. Writing for Forbes isn’t about volume it’s about signal quality.
Q: How does writing for Forbes differ from operating in the markets?
Brian Ferdinand:
They’re actually more similar than people think.
In markets, you’re filtering noise, identifying what matters, and acting with precision. Writing is the same process except instead of capital, you’re deploying ideas.
The difference is time horizon. Trading is immediate. Writing is more reflective but both require structured thinking and accountability.
Q: Your trading approach at EverForward emphasizes risk-first execution. Does that philosophy carry into your thought leadership?
Brian Ferdinand:
Completely.
At EverForward, everything is built around risk-defined positioning, dynamic exposure, and capital preservation.
That same mindset applies to writing. You’re not trying to say everything you’re trying to say what’s true, actionable, and durable.
A lot of content out there is reactive. What I try to contribute is framework-driven something that holds up across different environments.
Q: What do you enjoy most about contributing to Forbes specifically?
Brian Ferdinand:
It’s the leverage of ideas.
When you’re trading, your impact is contained within your capital. When you publish, your ideas scale. They reach operators, founders, and decision-makers.
If something you write helps someone think more clearly under pressure or avoid a bad decision that’s meaningful.
Q: Final question what advice would you give to someone who wants to write for Forbes while also building credibility in their field?
Brian Ferdinand:
Start with substance.
Platforms like Forbes don’t create credibility they amplify it. The foundation has to come from real execution.
Whether you’re in markets, business, or tech develop a repeatable framework, operate in real environments, and then communicate what actually works.
That’s where thought leadership comes from.
Key Takeaway
What makes Brian Ferdinand’s position compelling is the alignment between performance and perspective. He is not only an active portfolio manager navigating volatile global markets, but also someone delivering measurable results generating approximately 25% returns early in 2026 during a period of instability.
At the same time, he is publishing real-time, experience-backed insights through Forbes, effectively bridging execution and communication. This combination is what gives his work real weight.
Rather than offering abstract ideas, Ferdinand provides frameworks that are continuously tested in live market conditions. His ability to translate execution into clear, structured insights reflects a broader shift in modern thought leadership where credibility is built not just on what you say, but on what you consistently do.

We are living in an era marked by an unprecedented mental health crisis that spans continents, cultures, and communities. Across all demographics, individuals are facing increasing levels of psychological distress, relational breakdown, and emotional fatigue. Dr. Pingleton’s book engages this reality with clarity, authority, and compassion. While the church serves as a primary point of application, the insights and frameworks presented throughout the work are widely transferable to any setting in which people seek healing, guidance, and restoration.
What distinguishes this innovative book is its ability to move beyond diagnosis and into implementation. Dr. Pingleton offers a comprehensive and actionable framework that equips leaders and individuals to respond effectively to mental and relational health challenges. His approach is both intellectually rigorous and practically accessible, making the content valuable not only to pastors and ministry leaders, but also to counselors, educators, organizational leaders, and readers seeking to better understand the complexities of the human condition.
Dr. Pingleton brings a uniquely authoritative voice to this subject. As both a licensed clinical psychologist and an experienced ministry practitioner, he possesses a rare dual competency that strengthens the credibility and depth of the work. Dr. Pingleton is dually trained and credentialed both clinically and ministerially and can thus speak authoritatively to both mental health professionals and pastors. His writing reflects decades of clinical experience, research, and direct engagement with individuals navigating complex mental and relational struggles. This depth allows him to communicate sophisticated psychological concepts in a manner that is both precise and applicable without sacrificing nuance.
The structure of the resource is particularly strong and intentional. It progresses from a broad examination of the scope, symptoms, and sources of mental and relational health challenges to a clear presentation of solutions and practical models. The inclusion of multiple case studies and ministry models, contributed by a diverse group of experienced practitioners, provides readers with adaptable frameworks that can be implemented across a wide range of contexts. This adaptability significantly enhances the manuscript’s relevance in both domestic and international markets.
A defining strength of this work is its integrative perspective. Rather than isolating mental health as purely clinical or purely spiritual, Dr. Pingleton presents a comprehensive view that recognizes the biological, psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of human well-being. This approach aligns with the growing global understanding that effective care must address the whole person. As a result, the manuscript resonates with broader conversations taking place across healthcare, education, and community development sectors.
The endorsement base supporting this manuscript further underscores its significance. Respected leaders across psychology, theology, and ministry consistently affirm its practical value, depth of insight, and urgent relevance. Their collective support reflects a clear recognition of the need for resources that move beyond awareness and into meaningful action.
From a market perspective, this project is exceptionally well positioned. There is a rapidly expanding demand for substantive and practical resources addressing mental health. This demand extends beyond any single audience and reflects a global shift toward prioritizing mental and emotional well-being. While the faith-based market provides a strong initial foundation, the broader applicability of this manuscript opens pathways into academic, professional, and general readership channels. Its potential use in training environments, leadership development, and community-based initiatives further strengthens its commercial viability.
Equally important is the tone and vision of the manuscript. This is not a theoretical work removed from reality. It is a clear and compelling call to engagement.
Dr. Pingleton challenges institutions, leaders, and individuals to confront the realities of mental and relational health with responsibility and intentionality. At the same time, he presents a message of genuine hope, demonstrating that meaningful change is achievable through informed and compassionate effort.
In summary, Mental Health Ministry in the Church: The Struggle is Real is not limited to a single category or audience. It is a globally relevant and multidisciplinary contribution to one of the most pressing issues of our time .

Dubai-based private capital group adds Vexillum to its preferred investment products, expanding access to professional intermediaries, wealth advisers and private capital investors across international markets.
DUBAI, UAE, October 20, 2026
Vexillum Minerals, an international minerals and commodities company focused on precious, strategic and industrial mineral opportunities, today announced a new investment distribution collaboration with Puregroup Partners and Deal Flow Capital, strengthening the company’s access to international private capital markets.
Under the arrangement, Vexillum has been included among the preferred investment products of Puregroup Partners, a Dubai-based private capital and investment distribution group. Puregroup Partners will actively promote Vexillum through its established network of professional intermediaries, wealth advisers and private capital investors, providing access to distribution relationships across the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and other international markets.
The collaboration with Puregroup Partners and Deal Flow Capital represents a further step in Vexillum’s strategy to broaden its investor network and establish relationships with professional capital-market participants as the company advances its international minerals business.
Expanding Access to International Private Capital
Vexillum’s growth strategy encompasses the acquisition, development and commercialisation of mineral interests, alongside the expansion of its commodities and precious-metals activities.
As the company advances its portfolio and broader capital-markets objectives, developing relationships with established investment distribution groups forms an important part of its approach to connecting specialist investment opportunities with appropriate sources of private capital.
The arrangement with Puregroup Partners and Deal Flow Capital provides Vexillum with an additional channel through which to engage professional intermediaries, wealth advisers and private capital investors across multiple jurisdictions.
Rather than relying exclusively on direct investor relationships, Vexillum is seeking to build a broader international network of distribution and capital-market relationships capable of supporting its long-term development.
Supporting Vexillum’s International Growth Strategy
The collaboration comes as Vexillum continues developing its international minerals portfolio and strengthening the corporate, operational and financial infrastructure required to support its next phase of growth.
The company is pursuing a strategy that combines mineral asset participation, project development, processing opportunities, commodities brokerage and offtake, with a particular emphasis on precious metals and strategically important mineral resources.
By working with established private-capital distribution partners, Vexillum aims to broaden awareness of its investment opportunities among professional market participants while maintaining a selective and structured approach to investor engagement.
The relationship with Puregroup Partners and Deal Flow Capital reflects a shared emphasis on sophisticated financial structuring, selective distribution and trusted professional relationships in connecting private capital with differentiated investment opportunities.

Birdeye Launches Peak, Giving Allocators A Limitless Market Terminal
SINGAPORE, October 21, 2026Built on the data infrastructure Birdeye has operated for five years, Peak unifies market intelligence, asset fundamentals and portfolio analytics across centralised and decentralised venues, navigated through a three-letter command system.
Built on the data infrastructure Birdeye has operated for five years, Peak unifies market intelligence, asset fundamentals and portfolio analytics across centralised and decentralised venues, navigated through a three-letter command system.
SINGAPORE, October 21, 2026
Birdeye, the crypto intelligence company whose real-time market data serves the Solana ecosystem – including Backpack and Solflare – as well as thousands of enterprise clients, today launched Birdeye Peak, an institutional terminal for professionals allocating capital to digital assets.

Institutional capital has moved into digital assets faster than the tooling built to read them. Allocators routinely assemble a view of the market from four or five vendors, each defining its metrics differently, then reconcile the differences by hand. By the time the answer exists, the market has moved. The problem is not a shortage of data but a shortage of data a professional can act on.
Peak is built to close that gap. It brings market intelligence, asset fundamentals, wallet and portfolio analytics, institutional indices, curated research and anomaly detection into a single workspace, covering centralised and decentralised venues alongside the offchain sources institutions already rely on, including ETF flows, filings and private funding activity.
“Professionals are making decisions worth millions and billions of dollars based on unqualified data,” said Kha Nguyen, co-founder and CEO of Birdeye. “Onchain data is not scarce. Data you can defend when somebody asks where the number came from is extremely scarce. We spent five years building the infrastructure to produce it, and Peak is what that infrastructure looks like when you put it in front of a desk.”
“Birdeye is a key partner for us across many surfaces, from Token.xyz to X Cashtags. Their historical indexing and market data APIs make these experiences accurate and scalable,” said Vibhu Norby, Chief Product Officer at Solana Foundation.
Built on infrastructure Birdeye owns
Most analytics platforms license their inputs from third parties. Birdeye built its own.
The company indexes more than millions of tokens across over 400 decentralised exchanges and 20 chains, with day one coverage of new networks, and supplies that data to thousands of enterprise clients including leading wallets, exchanges and foundations.
Institutional offchain datasets are licensed through established providers and normalised into the same framework.
Owning the onchain layerrather than buying it allows Birdeye to reconcile conflicting records at source, apply consistent definitions across venues, and build datasets to a client’s specification rather than reselling a standard feed.
Designed for how desks actually work
Peak is navigated by command rather than by menu. A 3 to 4 letter code and an asset take a user directly to the view they need, so VAL BTC opens a valuation view, WOVand a wallet address opens a wallet overview. The structure extends across token, wallet, protocol, ETFs and index objects, with cross-cutting commands for market sentiment and screening.
The terminal is built around professional workflows including position sizing against venue level liquidity, exit liquidity and order book depth analysis, portfolio composition and analytics across wallets, counterparty proof of reserves verification, and benchmarking against institutional indices. An integrated research layer, Peak AI, surfaces connections across datasets that a user would not necessarily have gone looking for.
Peak is available as a paid subscription on a per seat, per organisation basis.

The company indexes across Solana, Base, Ethereum and other major chains. Birdeye is operated by Wings Lab Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore.
