Fort Lauderdale, FL
AD Mortgage, a leading wholesale lender in the United States, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, among the fastest-growing private companies in the country. This marks the company’s third appearance on the list, following recognitions published in 2021 and 2023.
The Inc. 5000 ranking is based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. For the 2026 list, Inc. compared company revenue from 2022 and 2025. AD Mortgage’s position reflects both its financial growth and its performance relative to thousands of other growing U.S. businesses.
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 for a third time reflects years of disciplined execution through changing market cycles,” said CEO of AD Mortgage Max Slyusarchuk. “We continue to invest in products, technology, people, and partnerships so brokers can grow with a lender built not only for today’s opportunities, but for the future.”
The recognition is especially meaningful amid continued volatility across the mortgage market. AD Mortgage has maintained its long-term growth trajectory while expanding its product capabilities, technology, broker network, and operational footprint.
Years of consistent execution have driven that progress. Milestones include the launch of the company’s Non-QM Automated Underwriting System, expansion into a new Fort Lauderdale headquarters and a Michigan office, new lending solutions, strategic transactions that broadened the company’s capabilities, industry recognition, public-policy leadership, and continued investment in broker partners.
The Inc. 5000 recognition provides independent validation of AD Mortgage’s sustained growth, but it is not the destination. It is another milestone in the company’s journey to remain the Lender of Choice — a stable, resilient, and forward-looking partner brokers can rely on as they build their businesses.
That partner value is reflected in broker feedback and success stories highlighting dependable execution, responsive support, broad product options, and technology that helps mortgage professionals pursue more opportunities in both favorable and challenging market conditions.

YUBIT Secures FSC Mauritius License, Strengthening Its Bridge Between Crypto and TradFi

PORT LOUIS, MAURITIUS
YUBIT has secured a Full Service Investment Dealer License from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, reinforcing the regulatory framework behind a platform that gives traders access to more than 1,000 crypto and traditional markets from a single account.

The lines between traditional finance and digital assets are becoming increasingly blurred. Yet for active traders, moving between the two often still means navigating separate platforms, limited market access, and lengthy onboarding processes.
The license supports YUBIT’s broader vision of bringing digital assets and global markets together on a single platform, giving traders greater flexibility to move between Bitcoin, commodities, equities, indices, forex, and other major asset classes.
Access to 1,000+ Global Markets
Traditionally, accessing regulated global markets has meant going through conventional brokerages, often with lengthy onboarding and verification processes. Crypto exchanges, on the other hand, have made trading faster and more accessible, but typically offer limited access to traditional financial markets.
With its FSC Mauritius license, YUBIT is bringing the two closer together. The platform provides access to more than 1,000 markets across crypto and traditional finance, including Contracts for Difference (CFDs) covering gold, silver, global equities, oil, indices, and forex, alongside a broad range of crypto spot and futures markets.
This gives traders the flexibility to move between crypto and traditional markets from a single platform, whether they’re trading digital assets, responding to movements in global equities, or seeking exposure to traditional safe-haven assets such as gold.
Built for Cross-Asset Trading
Alongside its expanding market coverage, YUBIT continues to develop trading tools designed for users managing positions across different asset classes.
Key features include:
- Unified K-Line Trading: A consistent charting and trading experience across digital assets and traditional markets.
- Risk-Based Position Sizing: Traders can define their acceptable risk first, with the platform automatically calculating the corresponding position size.
- On-Chart TP/SL: Take-Profit and Stop-Loss levels can be adjusted directly on the chart, giving traders greater control when managing open positions.
Together, these tools are designed to make cross-asset trading more intuitive while giving traders greater control over execution and risk management.
A Step Forward for YUBIT’s Global Strategy
YUBIT’s leadership sees the FSC license as more than a regulatory milestone. It is also part of the platform’s wider strategy to give traders greater flexibility as crypto and traditional markets become increasingly interconnected.

“As markets become increasingly connected, traders want the flexibility to move between crypto and traditional assets without having to manage multiple platforms,” said Chris Aumüller, Chief Business Officer at YUBIT. “Our FSC license marks an important step forward as we continue expanding YUBIT’s multi-asset offering within a stronger regulatory framework.”
“At the same time, we’re continuing to improve the tools traders use to manage risk, including risk-based position sizing and on-chart TP/SL. Our goal is simple: to give traders the markets, tools, and flexibility they need in one place.”
As the boundaries between crypto and traditional finance continue to evolve, YUBIT is positioning itself at the intersection of both markets.
With expanded access to global assets, a growing suite of professional trading tools, and continued progress in regulatory compliance, YUBIT is building toward a trading experience where users no longer have to choose between crypto and traditional markets but can access both from one platform.

California CPS and Juvenile Dependency Attorney Lauren Johnson-Norris Marks 24 Years Representing Parents and Families

Johnson Criminal Law Group founder has served as appellate counsel in three published California dependency decisions
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif
California attorney Lauren Johnson-Norris, founder of Johnson Criminal Law Group, marks 24 years representing parents and families in Child Protective Services investigations, juvenile dependency court proceedings, and dependency appeals. Over her career she has handled more than 2,500 juvenile dependency matters and more than 1,000 dependency appeals, and has served as appellate counsel in three published Court of Appeal decisions.

Her practice covers representation during CPS and child abuse investigations, defending parents in proceedings under Welfare and Institutions Code section 300, litigating removal and reunification issues, handling Child Abuse Central Index grievance hearings, and representing clients on appeal throughout the state.
“Dependency cases are unlike almost any other area of law because parents can be dealing simultaneously with a CPS investigation, allegations of abuse or neglect, removal of their children, a dependency court case, and sometimes a related criminal investigation,” Johnson-Norris said. “Effective representation requires understanding not just dependency law, but how decisions made at the very beginning of an investigation can affect a family throughout the case.”
Published Decisions
A published Court of Appeal opinion becomes precedent that can be cited in future cases, which makes it a meaningful marker of appellate work. Johnson-Norris has served as appellate counsel in three such decisions:
In re Drake M. (Cal. Ct. App., 2nd Dist., No. B236769, Dec. 5, 2012), where she obtained reversal of a juvenile court jurisdictional finding for her client.
In re D.P. (Cal. Ct. App., 3rd Dist., Nos. C093132/C093535, Mar. 10, 2022), where she obtained reversal of an order terminating her client’s parental rights.
In re Priscilla D. (Cal. Ct. App., 5th Dist., No. F069317, Mar. 4, 2015), where she served as appellate counsel in the published decision.
Together, the three cases reflect experience on both the trial and appellate sides of California’s dependency system.
CPS Investigations and Court Representation
Johnson Criminal Law Group represents parents, guardians, relatives, and caregivers involved with California child welfare agencies in matters involving allegations of abuse, neglect, domestic violence, substance use, mental health concerns, and failure to protect. The firm’s work spans pre-filing investigations, detention and jurisdiction hearings, disposition hearings, reunification and review proceedings, contested evidentiary hearings, termination of parental rights proceedings, and appeals.
Johnson-Norris’s background in both criminal defense and dependency law becomes especially relevant when a CPS investigation runs alongside a criminal one. “A parent can make a statement to a social worker believing they’re simply cooperating with CPS, without realizing the same allegation may also be under investigation by law enforcement,” she said. “Those overlapping cases require careful coordination, because a decision made in one proceeding can carry real consequences in the other.”
Child Abuse Central Index Hearings
The firm also represents clients across Southern California in Child Abuse Central Index grievance hearings. CACI is the state’s index of substantiated child abuse and severe neglect reports, and a person can be listed following a county investigation even without a criminal conviction. At a grievance hearing, Johnson-Norris challenges the evidence behind the county’s finding and seeks to have the listing removed.
More Than Two Decades in Practice
Johnson-Norris began practicing California juvenile dependency law in 2002 and founded Johnson Criminal Law Group in September 2009. In total, the firm’s attorneys have handled more than 30,000 legal matters and now represent families in Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, with an appellate practice that handles juvenile dependency appeals from courts statewide.
Johnson-Norris has been selected to Super Lawyers eight times and was recently named Face of Criminal Law by Orange Coast Magazine. She continues to personally handle dependency and CPS matters, while the firm’s appellate work has grown to include a dedicated appellate attorney, allowing the practice to represent a family from the earliest stages of an investigation through trial and, when needed, appeal.
