Denver Mortgage Expert Jason Ruedy Educates Homeowners on Customizing Loan Terms When Refinancing Instead of Restarting a 30-Year Mortgage

As homeowners explore refinancing opportunities, many default to restarting a new 30-year mortgage without realizing there’s a smarter alternative. Jason Ruedy, known as The Home Loan Arranger, is educating homeowners on a powerful and often overlooked strategy: customizing loan terms when refinancing to stay on track or even accelerate their mortgage payoff.

With over 30 years of mortgage experience, Ruedy is shedding light on a simple but impactful concept that many lenders fail to present.

“Most people refinance and automatically reset to a new 30-year term it’s what they’re offered,” says Ruedy. “But if you’ve already put years into your mortgage, why start over? You can match your remaining term or even shorten it and save a significant amount in interest.”

For example, a homeowner who has already paid down two years on a 30-year mortgage may have 28 years remaining. Instead of refinancing back into a full 30-year term, they can structure a 28-year loan keeping their original payoff timeline intact while still benefiting from a lower interest rate.

This approach allows homeowners to:

  • Avoid restarting the clock on their mortgage
  • Save thousands in long-term interest
  • Maintain or accelerate their payoff schedule
  • Still take advantage of lower rates and improved terms

Ruedy emphasizes that this strategy is not commonly offered or explained by many lenders, leaving homeowners unaware of an opportunity that could dramatically improve their long-term financial position.

“This is one of those industry insights that most people simply aren’t told,” Ruedy explains. “It’s not about just lowering your payment it’s about being strategic with your mortgage so you’re building real equity and not giving extra years back to the bank.”

In some cases, homeowners may even choose to shorten their term further moving from a remaining 28 years down to 25 or 20 allowing them to pay off their home faster while still keeping payments manageable.

Ruedy’s approach is centered on education and strategy, helping homeowners fully understand how to structure their loans in a way that aligns with their long-term financial goals not just short-term savings.

“Your mortgage should work for you,” Ruedy adds. “When you customize the term correctly, you’re not just refinancing you’re repositioning your entire financial future.”

Because not all lenders offer or structure customized loan terms, homeowners are encouraged to connect with an experienced mortgage professional to explore their options and ensure they’re not leaving money on the table.

Company highlights its long-term focus on lift kits, suspension systems, testing and Italian production

Rialzi 4×4, a company specializing in lift kits, suspension systems, springs, reinforced shock absorbers and related components for the Fiat Panda and other off-road vehicles, is continuing its development of vehicle suspension solutions following more than three decades of experience with the Panda and off-road applications.

The company’s history dates back to 1992, when its work began with a Panda used on wooded and difficult terrain. The vehicle’s limited ground clearance led to early experiments involving spacers and shock absorbers. Over time, the work expanded to springs, suspension systems and front-end components designed to address the demands of off-road use.

Team Rialzi 4×4 has been active since 1998. Since then, the company says its development process has combined design, experimentation, bench testing and testing in real-world conditions.

One milestone came in 2012 with the development of an adjustable, threaded and enlarged suspension system for different generations of the Panda. The company has subsequently developed additional solutions, including products for models such as the Jeep Renegade and Dacia Duster.

Developing the Potenza Adjustable Kit

One of Rialzi 4×4’s recent developments is the Potenza adjustable suspension kit. Development began in early 2024, with the product reaching the market in August 2026 after almost two years of design, experimentation and testing.

The system is designed to provide adjustments to vehicle height, compression and suspension stiffness, going beyond a conventional lift configuration.

According to the company, development of the Potenza kit included bench testing followed by testing on roads and demanding terrain. The product also draws on Rialzi 4×4’s experience preparing Panda vehicles for rallies and other competitive applications, where suspension setup can be adjusted according to different conditions.

Testing in Real-World Conditions

Rialzi 4×4 says research, experimentation and testing account for a significant portion of the work involved in developing its suspension and lift systems.

The company follows a development process that begins with design and technical testing before moving to real-world conditions. Some testing has been conducted on prepared Panda vehicles operating on demanding terrain, including routes in Sicily.

The company says the process is intended to evaluate factors beyond ground clearance, including suspension stiffness, component loads, suspension behavior and the overall response of a vehicle’s setup.

Rialzi 4×4 estimates that approximately 80% of the work involved in developing a new kit is connected to research, experimentation and testing.

Experience From Competition and Off-Road Use

Competition has also influenced the company’s technical development. Rialzi 4×4 identifies the Panda Raid and Marocco Challenge as environments where suspension systems and shock absorbers have been tested under demanding conditions.

According to the company’s experience, approximately 60% of the technical development of its products has been influenced by requirements arising from racing and rallying, while approximately 40% relates to non-competitive applications such as hunting, fishing, excursions and recreational off-roading.

The company says experience gained in competition can subsequently inform solutions for drivers who use their vehicles on dirt roads, uneven surfaces, country tracks and other challenging terrain.

Focus on Italian Development and Production

Rialzi 4×4 also emphasizes product traceability, development and Italian production. The company says its products are developed through a process involving design, research, testing, quality controls and certification before reaching customers.

Its manufacturing approach focuses on products designed and developed in Italy, with the company identifying origin, experimentation, certification and warranties as factors that can be considered when selecting components for vehicle modifications.

Rialzi 4×4 is also working on a new suspension project for the latest generation of the Panda. According to the company, development of an air-lift suspension system has been underway for approximately nine months. The project introduces a pneumatic element into the suspension system and represents another stage in the company’s ongoing development of Panda-specific solutions.

From its initial experiments in the 1990s to its current work on adjustable and air-lift suspension technologies, Rialzi 4×4 continues to focus on developing suspension and lift solutions for the Panda and other vehicles used in off-road environments.

About Rialzi 4×4

Rialzi 4×4 specializes in the design and production of lift kits, suspension systems, springs, reinforced shock absorbers and related components for the Fiat Panda and other off-road vehicles. The company’s history began with Panda-focused experimentation in 1992, followed by the activity of Team Rialzi 4×4 from 1998. Its product development approach combines design, testing, real-world experimentation and Italian production.

SEO consulting firm expands beyond traditional rankings to help clients show up in generative AI answers through GEO and AEO services

ATLANTA, GA — Bruce Jones SEO, a search engine optimization consulting firm, today announced the expansion of its service offerings to include Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), helping businesses maintain visibility as more consumers turn to AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok to find products, services, and information.

The shift in how people search has changed the rules of online visibility. Instead of simply ranking on a results page, businesses now need to be cited as a trusted source inside AI-generated answers — a process that requires a different mix of technical SEO, structured data, and content strategy than traditional search optimization alone.

“Traditional SEO gets you clicks, but AI SEO and GEO get you recommended,” said Jovie Ranico, CEO of Bruce Jones SEO. “Search hasn’t gone away—it’s expanded. Businesses that only optimize for the old rules of Google are going to miss a growing share of how their customers are finding information. That’s why we’ve built out our AI SEO, GEO, and AEO services alongside the SEO fundamentals our clients already count on.”

Bruce Jones SEO’s expanded services include:

AI SEO — combining technical SEO, structured data, and topical authority so AI systems can accurately understand and represent a business
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — improving visibility in AI-generated answers and conversational search experiences, built on strong SEO fundamentals like crawlability, content quality, and authority
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — structuring content, FAQs, and business information to directly answer the questions people ask through voice assistants and AI search tools
The firm emphasizes that no legitimate SEO provider can guarantee placement in AI Overviews or AI chat tools, since these platforms control their citation decisions. Instead, Bruce Jones SEO focuses on strengthening the technical readiness, content quality, and authority signals that make a business more likely to be discovered and cited—while continuing to support the traditional local search, Google Business Profile, and website optimization work that remains the foundation of any visibility strategy.

Bruce Jones SEO works with businesses across a range of industries, including legal, healthcare, e-commerce, jewelry, nonprofit, and professional services, and has clients across the United States and internationally.

Businesses interested in a free AI visibility and SEO consultation can schedule one directly through Bruce Jones SEO’s website.
