Francoobla Music Unveils AI vs. HI Musical Challenge and MAJESTATIS SEVEN Framework

Italian musician Franco Oblatore invites music industry leaders and AI developers to explore human-directed music creation, a proposed similarity assessment framework, and an upcoming international music project.

Francoobla Music, the independent musical project founded by Italian musician and composer Franco Oblatore, has announced a two-part international initiative focused on the relationship between human creativity, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property.

unnamed 2 Francoobla Music Unveils AI vs. HI Musical Challenge and MAJESTATIS SEVEN Framework

The initiative introduces the International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI (Human Intelligence) and MAJESTATIS SEVEN, a proposed framework for identifying defined similarities in musical compositions and written lyrics.

Alongside these initiatives, Francoobla Music is preparing an international music project featuring Lady Jane, a virtual singer persona associated with a catalog of approximately 200 tracks developed through human-directed and AI-assisted creative processes, according to the project’s founder.

Oblatore, who describes his musical experience as spanning 60 years, is inviting music professionals, broadcasting organizations, technology developers, and industry representatives to examine the projects and explore opportunities for international collaboration.

Part I: International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI

The International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI is a proposed creative competition designed to explore the relationship between human artistic direction and generative artificial intelligence.

The initiative aims to demonstrate how musicians can use AI-assisted production tools while maintaining creative control over musical arrangements, instrumentation, rhythm, composition, and vocal interpretation.

According to Oblatore, his approach involves detailed musical instructions developed through his experience as a musician and composer.

These instructions cover musical elements such as tempo, instrumental arrangements, melodic direction, rhythmic structures, solos, and vocal performances.

The process incorporates references to instruments including the Hammond C3 organ, Steinway piano, Gibson guitars, and Fender Stratocaster guitars, alongside the development of vocal performances for the project’s virtual artist, Lady Jane.

Rather than positioning artificial intelligence as a replacement for musicians, Francoobla Music presents the challenge as an opportunity to examine how human musical knowledge can guide the use of generative technology.

“I am an ordinary person with 60 years of concrete experience, registered patents, and a human-directed AI catalog built since 2023. I invite the industry to look closely at what we have developed to assess the significant improvements from 2023 to 2026,” Oblatore states.

Francoobla Music is inviting U.S. financial media, broadcasting networks, record labels, AI developers, and other interested organizations to evaluate the initiative.

The project may also pursue opportunities in Asian markets, including China, India, South Korea, and Japan.

“We are offering a clear window for review and discussion,” says Oblatore. “Should new international avenues align better with our long-term goals, Francoobla Music could consider directing its strategic initiatives toward Asian markets.”

Details concerning participation requirements, evaluation criteria, and the timing of the proposed musical challenge have not yet been announced.

Part II: MAJESTATIS SEVEN — A Proposed Framework for Assessing Creative Similarities

The second component of the initiative is MAJESTATIS SEVEN, a proposed methodology developed by Francoobla Music to identify defined sequences of matching elements in music and written content.

The framework introduces two criteria intended to provide structured reference points for examining similarities between creative works.

unnamed 2 1 Francoobla Music Unveils AI vs. HI Musical Challenge and MAJESTATIS SEVEN Framework

Under the proposed methodology, musical or written sequences meeting these criteria would be identified for further examination.

Francoobla Music presents the framework as a potential contribution to discussions involving originality, authorship, copyright protection, and the use of generative AI in creative industries.

The proposed criteria are intended to provide a defined basis for similarity assessment, particularly in situations where musicians, publishers, and technology developers are examining content produced through traditional or AI-assisted methods.

MAJESTATIS SEVEN is a proposed assessment methodology, not an established legal standard for determining plagiarism or copyright infringement. Any legal determination would remain subject to applicable copyright laws and the circumstances of the individual work.

Francoobla Music welcomes discussion with music industry representatives, intellectual property professionals, and AI developers interested in evaluating the proposed approach.

Lady Jane and the Upcoming International Musical Kolossal

As part of its broader international initiative, Francoobla Music is preparing the International Musical Kolossal, a music project intended to showcase compositions developed through human artistic direction and AI-assisted production.

Central to the project is Lady Jane, a virtual singer persona featured in the Francoobla Music catalog.

According to Oblatore, the catalog includes approximately 200 original tracks spanning multiple musical genres.

The planned initial presentation will feature 24 selected tracks, including four Italian pop compositions, intended to demonstrate the project’s musical range and creative approach.

Francoobla Music identifies the United States, the European Union, China, and Japan among the markets being considered for the project’s international introduction.

The planned release will focus on the relationship between human creative direction and emerging music production technologies, highlighting the role of musical experience in guiding AI-assisted compositions.

Further announcements regarding the project’s release schedule, distribution arrangements, and international presentation are expected as preparations progress.

Registration and Project Information

Francoobla Music has provided the following registration and project references associated with MAJESTATIS SEVEN and the International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI.

unnamed 3 Francoobla Music Unveils AI vs. HI Musical Challenge and MAJESTATIS SEVEN Framework

These references are provided by Francoobla Music for informational purposes and remain subject to independent verification.

The existence of a registration reference or case number does not independently establish that a proposed methodology has been adopted as a legally binding international copyright standard.

International Engagement and Next Steps

Through the combined initiatives, Francoobla Music aims to encourage dialogue among musicians, composers, recording industry professionals, media organizations, technology developers, and intellectual property specialists.

The International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI is intended to highlight the role of human creative direction in AI-assisted music production, while MAJESTATIS SEVEN proposes a structured approach for examining selected similarities in music and written content.

The forthcoming International Musical Kolossal will provide a creative component to these discussions through Lady Jane and the project’s selected musical works.

Francoobla Music is inviting interested industry participants to review the initiatives and contact the project directly to discuss potential collaboration, technical evaluation, or international presentation opportunities.

About Francoobla Music

Francoobla Music is an independent musical project founded by Franco Oblatore, an Italian musician, composer, and former industrialist based in Azzate, Italy.

Drawing on Oblatore’s six decades of musical experience, the project explores the relationship between human artistic direction and emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence.

Its initiatives include original musical compositions, the virtual artist persona Lady Jane, the International Friendly Musical Challenge Between AI and HI, and the proposed MAJESTATIS SEVEN framework.

Through these projects, Francoobla Music seeks to encourage international discussion about creativity, musical authorship, and intellectual property in the evolving music and technology industries.

UK Financial LTD begins consolidating its portfolio of 12 exchange-traded tokens from the Ethereum blockchain to its own MAYA CHAIN. The Company outlines a strategic DeFi leverage strategy that, when executed, will completely finance its entire ecosystem, including its Retirement Plan Program and Maya Black card unlimited credit card.

UK Financial Ltd announced that the Company’s MAYA CHAIN IS LIVE. MAYA CHAIN IS AN Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain, and migration of its asset portfolio of 12 exchange-traded tokens is underway. The company is consolidating company-owned tokens and related asset records to prepare for DeFi financing backed by eligible corporate collateral.

WhatsApp Image 2026 10 22 at 10.11.13 AM UK Financial Ltd Launches MAYA CHAIN Layer 2 Blockchain And Begins Asset Migration
MAYA CHAIN has been live since October 15, 2026. UK Financial Ltd, its creator, has operated in the digital asset sector since 2018. MAYA CHAIN was developed by Xora Labs (Pvt) Limited, its blockchain infrastructure partner (www.xoralabs.io). The company is holding its planned commercial activation until the asset migration is complete, making asset consolidation the priority before those business operations begin.

“UK Financial Ltd has never sold a token, and token sales are not our funding strategy,” said Richard Crespo, Vice President of UK Financial Ltd. “We are consolidating assets on MAYA CHAIN so we can seek DeFi financing against eligible company-owned collateral. Our objective is to support the Retirement Plan Program and the wider ecosystem, including the Maya Black card, through leverage.”

Legacy tokens lead the migration

The migration program begins with Maya Preferred PRA (MPRA), the preferred-class token of the Maya Preferred Project. It will continue across the company’s exchange-traded and non-exchange-traded token holdings, together with on-chain records for other transferable assets.

The scope includes CATEX-listed ecosystem assets, Wrapped Maya Preferred PRA (WMPRA) and the Retirement Plan Program token (RPWMPRA). UK Financial Ltd plans to migrate its ERC-20 token holdings first, followed by its ERC-3643 security-token holdings. WMPRA and RPWMPRA have pricing arrangements linked to MPRA.

UK Financial Ltd’s flagship token, Maya Preferred PRA, is a gold- and silver-backed Real World Asset Token (MPRA). Tracing the Maya Preferred Project’s origins to 2018, the company regards MPRA as one of the first, if not the first, gold-backed tokens.

Existing Chainlink CRE supply verification

Token-supply reporting is already in place through the company’s Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE)-based program. UK Financial Ltd reports that its MPRA circulating-supply workflow went live on July 31, 2026. Supply-verification information and the linked Ethereum receiver contract are available at: https://www.mayapreferred.io/CHAINLINK/MPRA/SUPPLY

Reports for other ecosystem tokens are available at: https://www.ukfl-cre-verified-tokens.com/

The published circulating supply is 977,896.534 MPRA. Using Ethereum token and wallet balances rounded to three decimal places, the workflow subtracts 155,022,103.466 MPRA held in the Corporate Assets Hub and 44,000,000 MPRA held in the Irrevocable Treasury Vault from the total supply of 200,000,000 MPRA.

CoinMarketCap continues to label MPRA’s circulating supply as “self-reported”. UK Financial Ltd is calling on the platform to review the published CRE reports and supporting wallet records and clarify any outstanding requirements for its own verified-supply classification.

The company intends to connect its existing supply reports with MAYA CHAIN migration records and supporting asset documentation.

Leveraging company assets on MAYA CHAIN

UK Financial Ltd says the scale of its MAYA CHAIN strategy extends beyond the public circulating supply displayed on token market trackers. Circulating supply multiplied by price measures public circulating market capitalization. Company-owned token balances multiplied by their respective quoted prices measure the quoted value of UKFL’s own holdings, including tokens excluded from public circulation.

MPRA illustrates the difference. The company’s published supply report lists approximately 977,897 MPRA in public circulation, compared with 155,022,103 MPRA in its Corporate Assets Hub alone. At the same quoted token price, that corporate position represents more than 158 times the value calculated using public circulating supply.

UK Financial Ltd’s broader strategy encompasses holdings across 11 exchange-traded tokens. Each company-owned position is calculated separately using its token balance and quoted market price, then combined to describe the portfolio’s quoted value.

The company intends to use eligible holdings recorded on MAYA CHAIN as collateral to seek DeFi financing for its Retirement Plan Program, wider ecosystem and Maya Black card. The financing calculation is:

Accepted collateral value × permitted lending percentage = potential DeFi financing capacity.

Actual financing depends on the selected protocol’s accepted collateral valuation, lending limits and available liquidity. Any borrowing carries repayment obligations and collateral-liquidation terms.

UK Financial Moonshot Token role to be announced

UK Financial Moonshot Token (UKFLMS) is part of the broader ecosystem plan, including its Solana-based Preferred Class and Robinhood-chain Common Class. UK Financial Ltd says the token has a planned strategic role in the MAYA CHAIN initiative, which The Company believes will dramatically increase the value of UK Financial Moonshot Token, especially the Preferred Class Token which is on the Solana Blockchain. At the time of this press release, UK Financial Moonshot Token was trading at roughly $0.00123, making it the lowest-priced token in the company’s ecosystem.

“We have already transferred gold-backed Maya Preferred MPRD tokens into the company’s Irrevocable Treasury Vault, providing approximately $0.15 in gold backing per UK Financial Moonshot Token based on our valuation,” said James Dahlke, President and CEO of UK Financial Ltd. “We used MPRD, our common-class token, because Etherscan displayed its value while our repeated requests to display the current preferred-class MPRA token’s price remained unresolved. We had also raised concerns about pricing appearing against the retired MAYP token while current MPRA holdings showed zero. That left holders seeing a zero beside an asset we were explaining as gold-backed, creating confusion we were determined to resolve. Eight years of work will not be defined by a zero on somebody else’s screen. We are moving our assets onto MAYA CHAIN and publishing token balances, pricing references and supporting asset records that the public can review. We intend to strengthen the backing of our ecosystem tokens, including UK Financial Moonshot Token, through additional asset allocations and clear documentation. Our holders deserve to see what the company owns, what backs their tokens and how those figures are calculated.”

Live Ethereum Layer 2 infrastructure MAYA CHAIN is an Ethereum Layer 2 rollup built on Arbitrum Nitro through Arbitrum Orbit, with Chain ID 6292 and Ethereum mainnet settlement. It posts transaction batches as EIP-4844 blobs, uses M3G (Maya 3G) for gas and supports standard Ethereum development tools.

MayaScan (https://scan.mayachain.io) provides public access to network activity, token records, Ethereum batch information and an integrated bridge. The network uses Arbitrum’s BoLD dispute protocol with a permissioned validator set. UK Financial Ltd states that the network is monitored around the clock.

San Diego Mortgage Lender Expands Cash-Out Refinancing Opportunities for Homeowners With Low Credit Scores — Offering Debt Consolidation, Access to Home Equity and Mortgage Closings in as Little as 9 Days

The Home Loan Arranger, a mortgage lending company led by industry veteran Jason M. Ruedy, is announcing expanded cash-out refinance financing options for San Diego homeowners with credit scores as low as 500.

RESIZE 1 San Diego Cash-Out Refinance: The Home Loan Arranger Now Funds Home Equity Loans With Credit Scores as Low as 500

This major lending opportunity opens the door for California homeowners who have built equity in their properties but have struggled to qualify for traditional mortgage refinancing because of less-than-perfect credit.

While many large banks and traditional mortgage lenders impose minimum credit score requirements of 580, 620 or higher, The Home Loan Arranger offers qualifying homeowners access to cash-out refinancing with credit scores starting at just 500.

Homeowners who have been denied a cash-out refinance by another lender may still have options through The Home Loan Arranger.

San Diego Homeowners: Your Home Equity Could Help You Eliminate High-Interest Debt With rising household expenses, credit card balances and the increasing cost of living in Southern California, many homeowners are looking for ways to improve their financial position.

A cash-out refinance allows qualifying homeowners to replace their existing mortgage with a larger loan and receive a portion of their available home equity in cash.

Funds may be used for:

Credit Card Debt Consolidation: Pay off high-interest credit card balances and potentially reduce total monthly debt payments.

Home Improvements: Finance renovations, kitchen upgrades, bathroom remodels or other property improvements.

Personal Loan Consolidation: Consolidate qualifying higher-interest obligations into one mortgage payment.

Major Expenses: Access available equity for education, significant household expenses or other financial needs.

Financial Flexibility: Use accumulated home equity to address important financial priorities.

Unlike unsecured personal loans or credit cards, cash-out refinancing is secured by the homeowner’s property and may offer competitive financing terms.

Homeowners should compare their existing mortgage rate, new rate, closing costs and total borrowing expenses before refinancing.

FHA Cash-Out Refinance With Credit Scores as Low as 500

One of the biggest challenges facing homeowners with lower credit scores is finding a lender willing to approve their mortgage refinancing application.

The Home Loan Arranger offers FHA cash-out refinance options for qualified borrowers with credit scores as low as 500, subject to applicable underwriting requirements.

Eligible homeowners may be able to access up to 80% of their home’s appraised value through qualifying FHA cash-out refinance programs.

Additional cash-out refinance options may be available through VA and other eligible mortgage programs, depending on the borrower’s qualifications.

Even if another bank or mortgage lender has denied your application, The Home Loan Arranger encourages you to get a second opinion.

Cash-Out Mortgage Refinancing in San Diego — Closing in as Little as 9 Days

Speed is another major advantage offered by The Home Loan Arranger.

While some mortgage refinancing transactions can take several weeks, The Home Loan Arranger offers closings in as little as nine days for qualifying loans.

The company’s commitment is built around three core principles:

LOWER RATES. LOWER FEES. FASTER CLOSINGS.

With over 30 years of mortgage industry experience, Jason M. Ruedy and The Home Loan Arranger understand the importance of competitive mortgage rates, affordable closing costs and efficient loan processing.

“Our message to San Diego homeowners is simple: Don’t assume a low credit score means you cannot access your home’s equity,” said Jason M. Ruedy, President of The Home Loan Arranger. “We offer financing solutions for qualified homeowners with credit scores as low as 500. If you’ve been denied elsewhere, give us an opportunity to review your situation. You may have more options than you realize.”

Already Approved for a Cash-Out Refinance? Get a Second Opinion!

The Home Loan Arranger is also encouraging homeowners who have already received refinancing offers from banks, credit unions or other mortgage companies to compare their options.

Mortgage interest rates, lender fees and closing costs can vary significantly between financial institutions.

Before signing your final mortgage documents, contact The Home Loan Arranger for a complimentary second opinion.

Comparing loan estimates could potentially save homeowners thousands of dollars in financing costs.

Denver Mortgage Lender Expands Low Credit Score Home Loan Options for Home Purchases, Cash-Out Refinancing and Rate-and-Term Refinancing — With Closings Possible in as Little as 9 Days

The Home Loan Arranger, a Denver-based mortgage lending company led by mortgage industry veteran Jason Ruedy, is announcing a major expansion of its mortgage financing options, offering qualified borrowers access to home loans with credit scores as low as 500.

RESIZE 1 2 The Home Loan Arranger Announces Mortgage Financing With Credit Scores as Low as 500 for FHA, VA and Conventional Home Loans in Denver, Colorado

This announcement creates new opportunities for Colorado homebuyers and homeowners who have previously been denied mortgage financing due to low credit scores.

While many traditional banks and mortgage lenders maintain minimum credit score requirements of 580 to 620 or higher, The Home Loan Arranger offers expanded financing solutions for borrowers with less-than-perfect credit.

Breaking Down Credit Score Barriers in Denver Mortgage Lending

The Home Loan Arranger offers mortgage financing options for qualified borrowers across three major loan categories:

FHA Home Loans: Credit scores as low as 500, subject to FHA down payment, equity and underwriting requirements.
VA Home Loans: Financing options for eligible veterans with credit scores as low as 500.
Conventional Home Loans: Expanded financing options for qualified borrowers with lower credit scores, including select programs beginning at 500.

These mortgage financing opportunities include:

Home Purchase Loans: Helping Colorado residents purchase a home, even with challenging credit histories.
Cash-Out Refinance Loans: Allowing eligible homeowners to access home equity for debt consolidation, home improvements or other financial needs.
Rate-and-Term Refinancing: Helping homeowners explore opportunities to improve their current mortgage terms.

Denied a Mortgage by Another Lender? You May Still Qualify!

One of the biggest challenges facing Denver homebuyers is finding a mortgage lender willing to work with lower credit scores.

Many borrowers assume that being denied by a major bank means they cannot qualify for a mortgage. However, different lenders have different underwriting requirements and financing options.

The Home Loan Arranger encourages borrowers who have been denied by another lender to get a second opinion before giving up on homeownership or refinancing.

“A credit score does not tell the entire story of a borrower’s financial situation,” said Jason M. Ruedy, President of The Home Loan Arranger. “Our goal is to help borrowers find mortgage financing solutions when other lenders may have told them no. Whether someone wants to purchase a home, refinance their mortgage or consolidate high-interest debt through a cash-out refinance, we want to help them explore every available option.”

Denver Mortgage Closings in as Little as 9 Days

In addition to expanded credit score financing options, The Home Loan Arranger offers mortgage closings in as little as nine days on qualifying transactions.

With more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience, the company focuses on three priorities:

LOWER RATES. LOWER FEES. FASTER CLOSINGS.

The Home Loan Arranger also encourages borrowers who have already received a mortgage preapproval or loan estimate from another lender to compare mortgage interest rates and closing costs before making a final decision.

A second opinion could potentially save borrowers thousands of dollars over the life of their home loan.

Serving Denver and Colorado Homebuyers

The Home Loan Arranger provides mortgage financing solutions for borrowers throughout the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock, Arvada, Westminster and surrounding communities.

Whether consumers are searching for a Denver mortgage lender, FHA loans with a 500 credit score, low credit score VA loans, conventional mortgage financing, cash-out refinance options, home equity financing or fast mortgage closings, The Home Loan Arranger offers personalized assistance.
