Retired U.S. Army Major and defense-aerospace finance veteran joins WealthCraft Capital as Strategic Consultant to advise the Company’s build-out of a next-generation less-lethal and counter-UAS platform.

WealthCraft Capital, Inc. (OTC PINK: WCCP), the Nevada corporation pursuing a rebrand to War Labs Defense Technologies, Inc., today announced the engagement of Jeff M. Pariano as Strategic Consultant.

Pariano brings 25 years of executive leadership across the defense, aerospace, government-contracting, and finance sectors — the exact operating experience required to take a USPTO-protected less-lethal and counter-UAS platform from patent portfolio to fielded capability, at speed and at scale. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Defense, Inc. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fenix Group, Inc., a tactical communications company serving defense, government, and public-safety customers, and as Finance Director for IOMAX USA, Inc., where he ran finance operations supporting international military aviation programs, including export financing and customer financing for allied end users. He is a retired Major in the United States Army Reserve.

In his consulting role, Pariano will advise the Company on corporate strategy, international business development, capital planning, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth as WealthCraft’s operating platform, pending rebrand to War Labs Defense Technologies, is built out around a portfolio of proprietary electric shock projectile and counter-UAS munition technologies designed to be fielded from launcher, weapon, and magazine platforms already in service.
