Nova Financial Academy Native Token NFAF Token Leads the Blockchain Financial Innovation Era with Unlimited Potential
As 2025 draws to a close, the global cryptocurrency market has gone through a full cycle from early-year optimism to year-end adjustments. Despite facing macroeconomic uncertainties, shifting regulatory dynamics, and fluctuating market sentiments, the industry has demonstrated remarkable resilience and ongoing innovative vitality. High-performance public chains like Solana continue to attract developers and institutional capital with their ultra-high throughput, low fees, and robust ecosystems, while the DeFi sector sees expanding trading volumes and real-world applications. In this era of accelerating technological iterations, deepening institutional involvement, and abundant challenges, investors are increasingly focusing on tokens that combine practical value, technical advantages, and long-term ecosystem support to achieve asset diversification and sustainable returns. NFAF Token, as the core native token of the Nova Financial Academy ecosystem, stands out in this context. It fully leverages Solana’s top-tier performance to provide revolutionary solutions for quantitative trading, financial education, and tokenized funds, helping global users seize future opportunities in the fusion of blockchain and traditional finance.

NFAF Token is a native cryptocurrency issued on the Solana blockchain, specifically designed for the Aegis Quant Strategy platform and its financial ecosystem. As a unified value carrier, NFAF Token supports transactions, incentives, smart contract execution, and drives blockchain applications in modern finance. More importantly, NFAF Token will evolve into an on-chain share representation in the tokenized fund structure, allowing users to directly map their participation in academy funds to fund shares, achieving transparent on-chain proof of ownership. This design upgrades traditional fund models, offering higher transparency, global accessibility, and liquidity, while strengthening the token’s value support in quantitative trading, financial education, and incentive mechanisms. The mission of NFAF Token is to bridge traditional finance and digital assets, delivering fair, secure, and efficient next-generation financial tools to global users, and accelerating the adoption of tokenized funds in quantitative trading and financial education.
NFAF Token’s core advantages are reflected in its multidimensional ecosystem roles. As a platform exchange medium, it is used for incentives, fee payments, and smart contract execution, while also participating in decentralized trading, risk management, and quantitative strategy implementation. As fund issuance progresses, NFAF Token has the potential to become an on-chain share credential (LP Token), mapping fund rights under a compliant framework and providing transparent, verifiable on-chain support. This dual positioning elevates NFAF beyond ordinary utility assets, making it a core entity that combines practicality and financial attributes.

NFAF Token fully benefits from Solana’s high scalability. Solana’s high throughput, low latency, and extremely low fees ensure stable and efficient performance in high-frequency trading environments, meeting the real-time needs of global quantitative users and providing reliable support for future on-chain fund share operations (such as subscriptions and redemptions). Solana’s innovative consensus mechanisms (PoH+PoS), low fees, and ultra-fast speeds make it the optimal platform for complex financial transactions, granting NFAF inherent advantages in performance, security, and scalability.
On the technical level, Solana’s core components provide strong support for NFAF: Proof of History accelerates sequencing validation for high-frequency rapid confirmations; Proof of Stake ensures security and decentralization, supporting staking rewards; the Sealevel parallel engine avoids congestion; and the Turbine and Gulf Stream protocols optimize transmission and latency, making NFAF reliable and efficient in financial-grade applications.
The economic model is designed with long-term sustainability in mind, with a fixed total supply of 1 billion tokens to ensure scarcity. Allocations include community rewards (30%), development fund (20%), team lock-up (15%), staking rewards (20%), and public sale (15%). The token’s utilities are broad: trading, staking, governance, and incentivizing platform growth, with future expansions under the LP Token model for fund governance and compounded yields.
The incentive model attracts participation through staking rewards, trading rebates, airdrops, contribution rewards, and long-term holding incentives, synergizing with future fund tokenization to provide rich expressions of rights. Governance adheres to decentralization, with holders voting through tokens to participate in decisions; future LP Token holders can join fund governance, with all actions executed by smart contracts to ensure transparency and fairness.
Security measures include third-party audits, multi-signature, hot and cold wallets, and emergency responses. Smart contracts cover transfers, staking, governance, and future fund LP Token operations, meeting institutional-grade standards.
Use cases are diverse: staking to earn rewards, trading fee payments, DeFi collateral and liquidity mining, cross-chain interactions, as well as future tokenized fund models. In terms of trading and liquidity, it supports platform fees, DEX/CEX trading, and liquidity pools, with future LP Tokens enabling secondary market transfers and transparent liquidity.

The ecosystem integration is powerful; as a Solana native asset, NFAF integrates into dApps, GameFi, NFTs, and DeFi, supporting payments, incentives, collateral, and yield strategies, with future expansions into on-chain fund collateral markets.
The roadmap is clear: 2023 for development and testnet; 2024 for mainnet launch, exchange listings, and staking; 2025 for liquidity expansion, governance rollout, and education enhancement; 2026 for global expansion and cross-chain compatibility. Future focuses include dApp integrations, DeFi expansions, and formal introduction of tokenized funds.
The team is strong, with CEO Adrian Lukas Bennett leading strategy and tokenization planning; COO Emma Collins handling compliance and user experience; CTO David Johnson focusing on smart contract security; CFO Marcus Reed managing capital liquidity; Automation and AI instructors Owen Blake and Ethan Brooks providing strategy frameworks; advisors include blockchain expert Dr. Evelyn Carter and financial markets advisor Marcus Reid.
Looking ahead, with institutional inflows, accelerating tokenization trends, and Solana ecosystem expansions, NFAF Token has a bright future. It not only represents an efficient and practical token but also symbolizes the perfect fusion of blockchain finance and quantitative education.
Explore NFAF Token now, join the Nova Financial Academy ecosystem, and together witness and participate in the next-generation financial revolution!

Global Kratom Coalition Supports Lafayette County Metro Narcotics’ Call to Target Concentrated Synthetic Opioids
WASHINGTON, D.C.Coalition supports the call for Mississippi lawmakers to align state law with the recent federal scheduling of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl(MGPI), MGM-15 & MGM-16 and the imminent scheduling of concentrated synthetic 7-OH.
Coalition supports the call for Mississippi lawmakers to align state law with the recent federal scheduling of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl(MGPI), MGM-15 & MGM-16 and the imminent scheduling of concentrated synthetic 7-OH.
WASHINGTON, D.C.
The Global Kratom Coalition today welcomed Lafayette County Metro Narcotics’ updated statement distinguishing natural kratom leaf from manufactured, concentrated and chemically altered products like the “SMAX” synthetic alkaloid products found at the scenes of the two tragic Ole Miss students’ deaths. The products found are not kratom products – they are dangerous synthetic novel opioids that have no place on store shelves across the country.
The agency correctly clarified that its initial public-safety warning following the tragic deaths of two University of Mississippi students “was not a declaration that kratom or any specific substance caused either death,” and that investigators will await autopsy and toxicology results before drawing conclusions.
Metro Narcotics also made an essential distinction lost in the public discussion: the difference between natural kratom leaf and highly concentrated synthetic alkaloid products that are at times fraudulently marketed under the kratom name. The agency noted that the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Aug. 26, 2026, Schedule I order targeted specific manufactured compounds: mitragynine pseudoindoxyl (MGPI), MGM-15 and MGM-16. It specifically did not target natural kratom leaf.
“Our hearts remain with the families and friends grieving these devastating losses,” said Matthew Lowe, Executive Director of the Global Kratom Coalition. “They deserve answers based on evidence, not premature speculation. We appreciate Metro Narcotics for making clear that toxicology must guide this investigation and for recognizing that traditional botanical kratom is fundamentally different from concentrated synthetic pressed tablets that were identified.”
The Global Kratom Coalition supports Metro Narcotics’ call for legislative hearings on concentrated synthetic 7-OH, MGPI, MGM-15 and MGM-16 and urges Mississippi lawmakers to strengthen state law accordingly. Mississippi should align with the federal government by scheduling these novel dangerous synthetic products already targeted by the DEA, including concentrated synthetic 7-OH, while avoiding a broad ban on natural kratom that would fail to address the products driving legitimate public-safety concerns.
“Law enforcement has identified the right problem and the right path forward,” Lowe added. “Mississippi can protect families by targeting the synthetic drugs being sold in tablets and other high-potency forms, holding bad actors accountable and ensuring state law aligns with federal law.”
The Lafayette County statement makes it clear that both deaths remain under investigation pending toxicology, distinguishes natural kratom leaf from novel synthetic products that masquerade as natural botanicals when they are anything but, and calls for legislative review in line with the scheduling actions taken by the DEA against MGPI, MGM15 & 16 and the pending scheduling of concentrated synthetic 7-OH products.

Latina-founded wellness brand introduces its U.S. portfolio featuring Myo- and D-Chiro-Inositol, Omega-3 and Marine Magnesium while bringing its “Hacks for Life” philosophy to American women
New York, USA
B-fit, a science-backed women’s wellness brand with Latin roots, is expanding its presence in the United States with a portfolio designed to make ingredient science more accessible, understandable and relevant to women’s everyday lives.

Created by women for women, B-fit is built around a simple belief: women’s wellness is not one-size-fits-all. From hormonal and metabolic wellness to energy, movement, rest and everyday wellbeing, the company develops supplements designed to accompany women’s evolving needs throughout different stages of life.
B-fit calls this approach its “Hacks for Life” philosophy—science translated into practical solutions for real life.
As the brand grows its U.S. presence, its initial portfolio will spotlight three increasingly relevant areas of women’s supplementation: inositol, omega-3 and magnesium.

A Closer Look at Inositol
One of B-fit’s hero categories is inositol, an ingredient that has received growing attention within women’s metabolic and reproductive wellness.
B-fit’s Just Inositol combines Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in a 40:1 ratio in an unflavored powder formulation. The brand’s Inositol Femme builds on that combination by incorporating Quatrefolic® active folate and N-acetylcysteine (NAC).
Myo-inositol and D-chiro inositol have been studied in connection with women’s metabolic and reproductive wellness, including research involving women with PCOS. For B-fit, however, the conversation extends beyond any single ingredient or condition. The brand’s goal is to help women better understand what is inside a formulation and the reasoning behind the ingredients they choose.
Omega-3 With Ingredient Transparency
B-fit applies the same philosophy to omega-3 supplementation by encouraging consumers to look beyond the words “fish oil” and understand the concentration of key fatty acids such as EPA and DHA.
According to company specifications, B-fit Smart Omega 3 provides 1,080 mg of EPA and 720 mg of DHA per serving, derived from salmon and fish oil and made with Epax-sourced omega-3.
The formulation reflects the company’s broader emphasis on ingredient transparency, sourcing and helping consumers understand what they are incorporating into their daily wellness routines.
A Marine-Sourced Approach to Magnesium
Completing the initial hero portfolio is B-fit Marine Magnesium, which uses magnesium of natural marine origin sourced from the French Mediterranean. The product is positioned as part of an everyday wellness routine supporting normal nervous-system and muscular function.
Together, the products represent the company’s approach to what it calls:
“Science Made for Women. Solutions Made for Real Life.”
“Women deserve to understand what they are putting into their bodies and why,” said Brenvita, Founder of B-fit. “Our goal with B-fit is to take the science behind women’s wellness and turn it into practical solutions women can actually understand and integrate into their lives.”
Latin Roots, Global Vision
While B-fit is proudly rooted in Latin heritage, its U.S. vision extends beyond any single demographic.
The company sees an important opportunity to build a meaningful connection with Latina women in the United States while simultaneously positioning B-fit as an inclusive women’s wellness brand for a broader American audience.
That distinction is central to the company’s expansion strategy: celebrating its Latin identity while recognizing that women’s wellness needs are diverse, individual and constantly evolving.
B-fit enters this next stage with an established digital community. Company materials report approximately 260,000 Instagram followers around the B-fit community, while founder Brenvita’s social platforms reach audiences in the millions.
As the brand expands its U.S. footprint, B-fit plans to combine product education, wellness experiences, community activations and creator partnerships to introduce more women to its approach to everyday wellness.
About B-fit
B-fit is a science-backed women’s wellness brand created by women for women. Together, the companies will accelerate adoption of advanced battery materials across automotive, energy storage, consumer electronics, defense, and other high-growth battery applications.
Ten-Nine Technologies’ TENIX is an “anti-aging” additive for batteries that stops the chemical decomposition responsible for sapping their power over time. It’s blended directly into a battery’s cathode material during manufacturing, making up just 0.5–2% of the cathode’s weight, and requires no new equipment or battery redesign to adopt.
In third-party testing, TENIX delivered over 75% more charge-discharge cycles, extending a typical EV battery’s life from 150,000 to more than 265,000 miles – and that longer life cuts the cost per kilowatt-hour by around 40%, while 10% lower resistance means faster charging and less energy wasted as heat. TENIX can also cut a battery’s heat output by around 40% over its lifetime, a benefit that’s becoming increasingly critical for AI-driven data centers.
