Artefact, a leading global consulting firm for data and AI transformation, today announced it has completed the acquisition of The Nunatak Group, a Munich-based strategy consultancy specializing in digital and AI transformation. The move makes DACH one of Artefact’s fastest-scaling markets with an enhanced leadership team to accelerate growth: as part of the transaction, Nunatak founder Robert Jacobi becomes CEO of Artefact Germany, with a mandate to more than triple the business in DACH by 2030.

1 3 Nunatak joins Artefact – Robert Jacobi becomes CEO in Germany

Co-founded in Munich in 2011 by Robert Jacobi, The Nunatak Group has established itself as a trusted advisor to the C-suites of Germany’s, Austria’s and Switzerland’s leading corporations, notably in the Financial Services and Insurance, Manufacturing, Commerce and Media sectors. Its team of over 50 consultants and AI engineers, based in Munich, Berlin and Zurich, supports clients across four practices: AI Strategy & Growth, People & Organization, Operating Models, Marketing & Sales Transformation, and its AI & Data Lab, complemented by the Nunatak AI Academy, its executive training arm. The firm is led by Robert Jacobi, Founding Partner, alongside Managing Directors Manuel Halbing and Fabian Goebel.

Robert Jacobi, Founder and CEO of The Nunatak Group, says: “With Artefact, we have found a strong global partner that will allow us to significantly expand our offering in the DACH region and grow faster. Nunatak is a pioneer in the effective use of AI, and that is the expertise we now bring to this partnership. Throughout my career as an entrepreneur, one thing has always driven me: transforming organizations so they are fit for the future. That is only possible with technology that people actually use. That is exactly what our joint offering is about.”
This acquisition brings further momentum to Artefact’s growth in the DACH region, following the acquisition of Explorate AI in October 2025 and the most recent opening of offices in Munich and Berlin. The Nunatak Group’s presence in Munich creates a platform to consolidate and scale Artefact’s activities in a very strategic hub in Germany, while also strengthening Artefact’s fast-growing Zurich office. The acquisition is part of Artefact’s wider buy-and-build push to consolidate Europe’s fragmented data and AI consulting market, following its acquisitions of Belgian data science firm Agilytic and process-automation specialist OFI Services, as it assembles a pan-European platform with the scale to serve the continent’s largest corporations end to end.

Vincent Luciani, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Artefact, added: “This partnership marks a decisive milestone in Artefact’s strategy to triple in size by 2030, in which DACH is bound to play a central role. Putting Robert at the helm of Artefact Germany, leading a newly formed group of 6 partners gives us the leadership and the platform to become the leading data and AI consulting partner for German corporations by the end of the decade.”
For large corporations in the DACH region, the combination of Artefact and The Nunatak Group creates a single end-to-end AI transformation partner – from board-level strategy, through human-centered change management and upskilling via the Nunatak Academy, to the industrialization of AI at scale. It also deepens Artefact’s access to key sectors including financial services, insurance, media and energy.

This acquisition also carries a symbolic dimension. By bringing together a French-founded global platform and one of Germany’s most respected transformation consultancies, Artefact and The Nunatak Group are reinforcing the technological ties between two of Europe’s largest economies at a moment when the continent’s push for digital and AI sovereignty has never been more pressing. As Europe seeks to build the industrial and technological capabilities to compete on its own terms, closer Franco-German cooperation on AI and data is not just a business opportunity – it is becoming a strategic necessity.

Edouard de Mézerac, Group CEO of Artefact, commented: “This is about building the AI backbone Europe’s industrial champions need. We are already working across the rich and diverse ecosystem of German companies, across sectors, with a particular focus on Industrials and Manufacturing – supporting groups like EBM-Papst and Schaeffler on their AI transformation journeys. Many of these companies operate across dozens of countries, which is exactly why Artefact’s presence in 27 countries matters: it is what allows AI to move from pilot to scale, wherever our clients operate.”

LEADSCALE® launches LEADSCALE ONEOne team, one platform, one business day.

New offering gives Advertisers and Agencies a single place to source, specify, budget, trade and manage end-to-end demand generation across 100+ Suppliers.

LEADSCALE® has launched LEADSCALE ONE, a new offering designed to radically simplify how Advertisers and Agencies source, buy and manage demand generation.

LEADSCALE ONE gives customers access to more than 100 vetted and pre-checked Suppliers through a single platform, backed by white-glove expertise from LEADSCALE®’s demand generation specialists.

1000189153 LEADSCALE® launches LEADSCALE ONEOne team, one platform, one business day.

The proposition is deliberately simple: One platform. One team. One business day.

Rather than managing multiple supplier relationships, specifications, quotes, contracts, budgets, assets and delivery files, LEADSCALE ONE brings the entire process together. Assets, campaign objects, specifications, budgets, Suppliers, delivery and trade all sit in one place, with LEADSCALE® orchestrating the journey end to end.

Crucially, LEADSCALE ONE is built around a one-business-day turnaround, taking a customer brief and returning a composed demand generation solution using the most appropriate Suppliers, channels and capabilities from across the LEADSCALE® ecosystem.

Chris Parry, Managing Director of LEADSCALE SERVICES, said:

LEADSCALE ONE is about taking complexity away from the customer. We have already done the hard work of identifying, vetting and onboarding more than 100 Suppliers and built the technology to bring them together.

“Give us the brief, the audience, the specification and the budget, and within one business day we’ll come back with how we can deliver it. That’s the idea behind One: one platform, one team and go-live in one business day.

LEADSCALE ONE is not simply a supplier marketplace. LEADSCALE’s proprietary technology provides the orchestration, governance and visibility, while its specialists provide the human expertise to select, manage and optimise the right combination of Suppliers.

Carly Hewett, Group Account Director at LEADSCALE®, said:

“Customers shouldn’t need multiple spreadsheets, systems and supplier conversations to get a campaign into market. With LEADSCALE ONE, everything is brought together and our team takes responsibility for the journey from brief through to delivery.

“For the customer, it should feel incredibly simple: tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll take care of the rest. You define the outcome. We deliver it.

About LEADSCALE®

LEADSCALE® is a profitable, self-funded technology and services business with 25 years of experience in lead and demand management.

Founded in 2001 and incorporated in both the United Kingdom and United States, LEADSCALE® supports global Advertisers, Agencies and Publishers through proprietary technology, specialist people and an extensive supplier ecosystem.

At the heart of the business is the LEADSCALE ENGINE, its proprietary demand management and orchestration technology, hosted on Microsoft Azure and operated within LEADSCALE’s ISO 27001-certified information security framework.

Turning 25 in October 2026, LEADSCALE® continues to invest its own profits into technology and innovation, combining the stability and experience of an independently grown and well-established business with the agility to build new solutions for a rapidly changing demand generation market.

Sam Kamra Launches AI Video Automation Pipeline to Maximize Property Listing Exposure Across Greater Toronto Area Real Estate

Toronto Realtor and Prop-Tech Entrepreneur Connects Custom YouTube Video Automation Across Flagship Search Engines and National Referral Networks

Sam Kamra, a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate, has deployed a custom artificial intelligence automation pipeline designed to convert static MLS listing data into dynamic, narrated YouTube video tours. This scalable video marketing engine is engineered to amplify listing reach across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and drive targeted buyer and seller traffic through Sam Kamra’s interconnected web platforms and national partner networks.

The automated system extracts raw property details and high-resolution photos, producing polished walkthrough videos complete with professional AI voiceovers detailing architectural features, floor plans, and localized neighbourhood metrics. By replacing traditional manual video production, the pipeline generates thousands of property videos at scale, tapping directly into YouTube to capture high-intent search traffic and deliver unprecedented digital exposure for seller clients.

Real estate is inherently a numbers game where maximum view volume directly correlates to faster property turnovers and higher transaction velocity. The newly generated video content channels organic traffic across Sam Kamra’s broader digital footprint, including Listing.ca—his flagship GTA MLS search platform—and RealEstateBay.ca, a high-authority search engine capturing active buyer demand across Toronto and surrounding regions.

The expanded media strategy also drives visibility for RealEstateBuyer.ca, Sam Kamra’s direct cash acquisition and neighbourhood revitalization platform. Focused on urban renewal across Ontario, RealEstateBuyer.ca acquires outdated or distressed properties and oversees complete structural overhauls—transforming neglected structures into modern architectural homes while lifting surrounding property values.

Interprovincial client routing is further strengthened through Sam Kamra’s multi-year strategic referral relationship with Chris Audette and the team at Real-Estate.ca, a high-traffic search platform operating out of Alberta. This cross-Canada alliance ensures seamless two-way client matchmaking between Ontario and Alberta buyers.

All buyer inquiries and advisory pipelines across the network are anchored by Sam Kamra’s central web platforms: SamKamra.ca, the official website for his high-producing real estate team operating under RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate, and SamKamra.net, the digital portal for the Sam Kamra Real Estate Network featuring localized market insights, blogging, and property analytics.

“In today’s housing market, passive marketing is no longer enough,” said Sam Kamra. “By integrating custom AI video automation into our listing strategy, we give our clients’ homes massive distribution on YouTube, driving qualified buyers back to Listing.ca, RealEstateBay.ca, and our core team platforms. More views mean more buyers, faster inquiries, and better outcomes for sellers across the Greater Toronto Area.”

About Sam Kamra

Sam Kamra is a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate, bringing over 12 years of market experience and over $1 billion in career sales volume across Toronto and the GTA. He is the founder of Listing.ca, RealEstateBay.ca, and RealEstateBuyer.ca, combining hands-on real estate expertise with custom AI marketing technology and proprietary digital search platforms.

More than 2,900 participants aged 55 and older are competing in 24 sports at venues across Kamloops through September 12. The Games are projected to generate approximately $3 million in economic impact for the region. This is Kamloops’ third time hosting the 55+ BC Games, following editions in 1996 and 2013.

“Celebrating sport and active living is essential for vibrant, connected communities,” said Anne Kang, Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport. “We are proud supporters of the 55+ BC Games and are committed to working with the BC Seniors Games Society and host communities to bring people together in friendly competition each year. I applaud the hard work that Kamloops has done to showcase joy of sport and the lifelong benefits of staying active.”

“This is a night Kamloops has been working toward for months, and we can’t wait to welcome participants and the community to celebrate together,” said Ron McColl, President of the Kamloops 2026 55+ BC Games Host Society. “This week belongs to everyone, the participants who’ve trained for this and the neighbours who just want to be part of something.”

Tribute act Classic Elton, fronted by Andrew Johns, headlines the ceremony with a full-band performance of Elton John’s hits, complete with horn section, backing vocals and costume changes. The ceremony runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Arbour, 345 Powwow Trail, with Classic Elton taking the stage at 7:15.

“Kamloops has always known how to host, and this ceremony is a great way to kick off the week,” said Diane Murphy, President of the BC Seniors Games Society. “It’s exactly what the 55+ BC Games are about: community, celebration and active living.”

The ceremony follows a Games village on the plaza at the Sandman Centre on Tuesday, where live music, food and refreshments, local and provincial vendors, and an information booth welcomed participants and community members from 1 to 7 p.m.

Community events continue Thursday, September 10, with Rhythm and Rivers at the Sandman Centre from 7 to 10 p.m. The Kamloops-based Angie Heinze Band and a DJ headline the evening, with local vendors, food and drinks on hand. The event is 19-plus, free and open to the public.

Tickets for the Games 50/50 draw are available at 55plusbcgames.rafflenexus.com, with proceeds supporting athletic programs across B.C. Full competition schedules, event details and volunteer information are available at 55plusbcgames.org and on Facebook and Instagram.
