Funding will support Saber’s expansion across Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region, including new local licenses and B2B payment products.

Saber Money, a payment infrastructure company enabling financial institutions, fintechs and businesses to move money across key emerging-market corridors, today announced strategic funding from Tether, the world’s largest stablecoin issuer and Hong Kong based CMCC Global’s Titan Fund.

With the new capital, Saber plans to deepen its presence in existing corridors while expanding into additional emerging markets in Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region. A key focus will be securing local licenses and banking relationships that will enable Saber to build deeper payment capabilities and improve settlement economics within each market.

“Emerging markets are where the next chapter of global payments is being written, and stablecoins are the infrastructure that makes it possible. Saber has built real regulatory depth and market access across Asia and the Middle East, and we’re proud to support a team that understands how to translate that into products businesses can actually use. This is exactly the kind of use case where stablecoin settlement changes the economics for everyone involved.”  — Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether.

“Saber Money sits at the convergence of a vast market opportunity and a generational shift in financial infrastructure. Asia is home to some of the world’s largest cross-border payment corridors contributing to about 53% of global remittances. Yet moving money across the region remains costly, fragmented, and reliant on outdated rails. With cross-border B2B stablecoin payments projected to reach $5 trillion by 2035, we believe Saber Money is well positioned to become a category-defining global payments company and a trusted infrastructure layer through which money moves as seamlessly as information” — Shiau Sin Yen Co-founder and Managing Partner of Titan Fund.

Saber currently holds licenses, registrations and authorizations in Canada, EU, India and Australia. The group also operates Mudrex, one of the largest crypto exchanges in India. Over the past nine months, Saber’s payment volumes have grown over 6x, processing billions of dollars across 40+ countries. More than 90% of payments are processed in under one minute, enabling faster and more efficient cross-border transactions.

“Saber gives businesses stablecoin-powered payment rails into markets like the Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region,  bringing near instant, 24/7 and cost-effective settlement infrastructure available in developed markets to the regions driving the next wave of global cross-border volume.” — Edul Patel, CEO, Saber Money.

The company also plans to expand into B2B payments, where businesses continue to face significant friction when paying suppliers, managing treasury and moving working capital internationally.

Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region sit at the centre of some of the world’s largest and fastest-evolving cross-border payment corridors. Asia already accounts for roughly 35% of global payment flows, while South Asia and East Asia & Pacific together receive more than $1+ trillion annually. The GCC is one of the world’s most important sources of outbound payments; the UAE alone sent approximately AED 188 billion in remittances in 2025.

“As trade, migration and digital commerce expand, these corridors represent a significant opportunity for payment infrastructure that can provide faster settlement, deeper local connectivity and more efficient movement of liquidity across borders. Stablecoins fundamentally change what is possible in cross-border payments,” Patel added.

The investment from Tether and Titan fund marks the next phase of Saber’s ambition to build a payment network connecting emerging-market financial systems with global stablecoin liquidity.

The story introduces Grandma Kim, who is busy preparing her restaurant’s popular special meatloaf for the Sunday lunch rush. After carefully preparing the meal and serving her favorite customers her family Grandma Kim notices that her granddaughter, Ellie, is not eating. Ellie explains that she cannot eat the meatloaf and corn because, in her imagination, the two foods are in love!

What follows is an amusing and imaginative adventure as Ellie shares the story of Meatloaf and Corn. The unlikely pair become best friends, fall in love, get married, enjoy a Hawaiian honeymoon, and welcome a baby named Tattie, who looks like a baked potato. As Ellie brings her imaginative world to life, the family gathers around the table to listen, laugh, and enjoy the moment.

Beneath the playful storytelling, Grandma’s Sunday Kitchen Adventures offers a tender message about family connection and reassurance. When Ellie worries that Grandma Kim might be too busy for her, Grandma responds with a loving promise that nothing will ever make her too busy for her granddaughter. Their exchange highlights the importance of making children feel valued, heard, and loved.

Curl’s story combines everyday family life with whimsical food characters, creating opportunities for shared reading, conversation, and laughter between children and adults. Its colorful kitchen setting, familiar mealtime traditions, and imaginative storytelling make it a charming choice for families who enjoy stories about love, belonging, and the magic of a child’s imagination.

With its blend of humor and heartfelt affection, Grandma’s Sunday Kitchen Adventures encourages readers to cherish family traditions and remember that even the busiest day can include time for the people who matter most.

The book will be available on Amazon and other digital platforms soon.

Enhancv Releases Global Study on Resume Photos and Hiring Outcomes Across 23 Countries

New York, USAAnalysis of 6,684 hired professionals finds U.S. job seekers who used a resume photo were 60% more likely to land a job than the average Enhancv user

Analysis of 6,684 hired professionals finds U.S. job seekers who used a resume photo were 60% more likely to land a job than the average Enhancv user

Enhancv, an AI resume builder with job search tools, today released a new study on how resume photos relate to real hiring outcomes. The research analyzed the resumes of 6,684 professionals who reported landing a job and compared them with resumes downloaded by the wider Enhancv user base in the same markets.

The headline finding comes from the U.S., the market with the strongest “no photo” norm. There, job seekers who included a photo were 60% more likely to land a job than the average user. Across 21 of the 23 countries studied, photos appeared more often on hired candidates’ resumes than in the overall user base.

“The career advice industry has long relied on surveys and audit studies about what recruiters say they want,” said Volen Vulkov, co-founder of Enhancv. “We wanted to see what happened when real resumes reached real decision-makers. Across thousands of people who got hired, the blanket ‘never include a photo’ rule doesn’t hold up, especially for experienced professionals.”

Key findings

  • The U.S. pattern held across all 50 states, regardless of regional labor market differences.
  • Photo use rises with seniority, from 15.2% among workers with under two years of experience to 37.3% among those with more than 20 years in their field.
  • Photos correlate with landing a job, not with landing one faster. Photo and non-photo users both reported an average job search of 30.9 days.
  • Canada, the most photo-averse market in the dataset, showed the same pattern: 17.5% of general downloads included a photo, compared with 30% of resumes from hired users.

What the findings mean for experienced professionals

The study points to career seniority as a major factor. For mid- and late-career professionals, a headshot works as part of their professional brand and sits alongside an established record of experience.

The findings are correlational and don’t show that adding a photo causes a hiring outcome. Photo norms still vary by region and employer, so Enhancv recommends job seekers match the expectations of the market they’re applying in.

Methodology

The study draws on self-reported employment outcomes from 6,684 paying Enhancv users worldwide who landed jobs. Researchers compared how often photos and other resume features appeared on these hired users’ resumes against the general download base, within the same geographic markets and career tiers.

The full findings are available at https://enhancv.com/blog/should-you-put-a-photo-on-your-resume-study/.

An unscripted exchange during TikTok Shop LIVE at TM: Times Square showed how Cozyla Agent brings real-time voice interaction into everyday family life.

Cozyla demonstrated its AI-powered voice assistant, Cozyla Agent, during a TikTok Shop LIVE event at TM’s Times Square flagship, where NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal tested the technology with an impromptu basketball question about NBA championship wins. Cozyla Agent responded in real time, answering that Charles Barkley won zero NBA championships and O’Neal won four.

Cozyla Agent answered in real time: zero for Barkley and four for O’Neal.

The unscripted exchange offered a spontaneous demonstration of Cozyla Agent’s ability to respond to questions in the moment. But its role extends beyond answering trivia. Beyond answering questions, Cozyla Agent brings voice interaction into everyday family tasks, from updating shared calendars and planning routines to coordinating activities and finding nearby restaurants.

O’Neal’s interest extended beyond the livestream. He returned to the Cozyla booth several times during the event and received a 15.6-inch Cozyla Calendar Neo. He also expressed interest in having ten 24-inch Cozyla Calendar Plus 3 for his new home.

The Future of Family Starts Here

For Cozyla, the interaction reflected a broader vision: technology that does more than respond to individual requests; it helps make everyday life easier to organize for the entire household.

Research commissioned by Cozyla and conducted by Drive Research found that 90% of surveyed parents experienced stress related to family life, while approximately 80% said their children were not actively involved in family organization.

Cozyla is developing its Family System to help address these challenges by bringing shared schedules, daily routines, tasks, and voice-powered assistance into a connected ecosystem. At the event, four products demonstrated this approach: Cozyla Calendar Plus 3, Cozyla Calendar Neo, and Cozyla Calendar Plus Go, all powered by Cozyla Agent, and Cozyla Routine, a children’s bedside routine helper powered by Cozyla Pal.

Together, these products are designed to help parents coordinate household responsibilities, give children more opportunities to participate in daily routines, and make family plans easier for everyone to see and follow.

“More than 90% of the creators we work with are moms of multiple children, and their feedback reveals a common challenge: too much of family life depends on constant reminders and coordination,” said Huisi Chen (Emily), Head of Brand Partnerships at Cozyla. “We believe technology should empower the whole family to take part, so families spend less time managing and more time connecting.”

Built for the Realities of Family Life

Keeping a household organized means coordinating school schedules, work commitments, meals, and extracurricular activities. As a father of three, Cozyla VP of Sales Brent Kovalsky knows firsthand how challenging it can be to keep everything organized.

“Between school schedules, activities, and everyday routines, there’s a lot to keep track of with three kids. Cozyla helps us bring everything together in one place, so our family can stay organized and know what’s coming up,” said Kovalsky.

By making family plans easier to see and daily routines easier to follow, Cozyla aims to help parents stay organized while giving children more opportunities to participate and build independence.

Recognition for Innovation in Family Technology

Cozyla’s approach has received recognition from both media and the technology industry. The company has reached more than 130,000 users, and TIME named Cozyla Calendar Plus 2 to its Best Inventions of 2025. Cozyla Routie received a 2026 IFA Innovation Award in the Best in Smart Home category.

Forbes Vetted also published hands-on coverage of Calendar Plus 2 in 2026, examining its family-oriented features, including shared calendars, task management, and meal planning.

About Cozyla

Cozyla is a smart family technology brand focused on bringing clarity to the moving parts of family life. Its connected products combine shared calendars, routines, tasks, and AI-powered voice experiences to help families organize everyday life and make more room for meaningful moments.
