TCP Unveils the Next Generation of Fluent Integration Between SugarAI and Epicor Kinetic at Epicor Insights 2026

NASHVILLE, TN, May 15, 2026New release brings a refreshed interface, an upgraded configuration portal, a redesigned live business activity dashlet with remote document printing, and full availability on Sugar Mobile.

At Epicor Insight, Epicor’s annual customer conference with more than 3,000 attendees, Technology Coast Partners (TCP) today announced Release 2026.1 of its popular and market-leading Fluent integration between SugarAI and Epicor Kinetic. The new release builds on the foundation of the original CRM and ERP integration, with meaningful upgrades that make the connection between front-office sales teams and back-office operations faster, clearer, and easier to support.

TCP is a SugarAI Premier Partner and an Epicor Elite Partner. The Fluent product line is TCP’s portfolio of AI and integration tools built specifically for Epicor and Sugar customers, and the SugarAI-to-Epicor Kinetic integration has become one of the most widely used products in that line.

What’s in the 2026 .1 Release

A refreshed user interface. Release 2026.1 introduces a modernized look and feel across the integration. Layouts are cleaner, controls are easier to find, and the overall experience feels more aligned with the latest versions of Sugar and Epicor Kinetic.

An upgraded configuration portal with new tracing, filtering, and configuration options. Administrators now have a more capable configuration portal with new tracing, filtering, and configuration options that make it easier to understand exactly what the integration is doing and tune it to fit each environment. Issues can be diagnosed and resolved in minutes rather than hours, which reduces the time IT teams and partners spend on support and keeps users productive.

An upgraded live business activity query dashlet. The popular dashlet that shows live Epicor data inside Sugar has been redesigned with an updated interface and an important new capability: remote document printing. Sugar users can now print live orders, quotes, and related documents directly from Epicor Kinetic using the standard Epicor system print options they already know. There is no need to switch applications or rebuild document templates. The right Epicor document prints from the right printer with the right format.

Full availability on Sugar Mobile. The live integration to Epicor Kinetic is now available inside Sugar Mobile. Sellers in the field can use a single mobile app to view customer records, pipeline, and activities in Sugar while also accessing live Epicor Kinetic data such as orders, quotes, shipments, and balances. One login, one app, one view of the customer.

Why it matters

Sales teams and customer service teams need accurate, live information from the ERP to do their jobs well. They should not have to log into two systems, ask another department, or wait for a report. Version 2 of the Fluent integration closes that gap with practical improvements that customers asked for.

“Release 2026.1 of our Fluent integration for Sugar and Epicor Kinetic is the result of listening closely to what our customers do every day. Sellers need live ERP data in the tools they already use, administrators need visibility into how the integration is running, and IT teams need a product they can support without friction. This release delivers on all three,” said Gonzalo Nuñez, President at TCP.

Availability

Release 2026.1 of the Fluent integration between SugarAI and Epicor Kinetic is available now to new and existing TCP customers. The TCP team is demonstrating the new release at Epicor Insights 2026 and is available to walk through upgrade options with current customers.

Table Pads Pro Celebrates 45 Years of Protecting Family Legacies and Heirloom Furniture

WOODMERE, NY, May 15, 2026 hink about the last time your entire family sat together around the dining table. The holiday dinner. The birthday cake. The Sunday morning pancakes. hink about the last time your entire family sat together around the dining table. The holiday dinner. The birthday cake. The Sunday morning pancakes. The late-night homework session. That table holds more memories than any other piece of furniture in your home — and for 45 years, Table Pads Pro has been protecting it.

Founded in 1980 by Abe Partouche in Woodmere, New York, Table Pads Pro is one of America’s longest-running family-owned custom table pad companies. Today, Abe’s son Eric Partouche runs the business with the same personal touch his father established nearly half a century ago. The company has served over 50,000 families across all 50 states — and many customers are now on their second or third generation of pads.

“I’m the 3rd generation to have table pads from this company. I was tickled pink when I realized I used the same company that created my mom’s table pads,” wrote Victoria Scrivner, a verified customer. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident — it happens when a product lasts 20 to 30 years and a family business treats every customer like a neighbor.

Protection That Tablecloths Simply Cannot Provide

Every home décor enthusiast knows the frustration: a beautiful linen tablecloth does nothing to stop a hot serving dish from leaving a permanent heat mark on a $2,000 dining table. A sliding plastic cover traps moisture and damages the finish beneath. And a generic foam pad that doesn’t fit leaves gaps at every corner.

Table Pads Pro solves all three problems with a single custom solution. Each pad is

precision-crafted to fit one specific table — and only that table. The dense inner fiberboard core dissipates heat up to 600°F on select models, protecting the wood finish from the hot dishes that tablecloths never could. The water-resistant premium vinyl top wipes clean in seconds and looks beautiful enough to leave on the table without any tablecloth at all. The soft velvet bottom protects even the most delicate antique finish from a single scratch.

“I was worried about buying table pads online for our antique dining room table,” wrote customer Maureen C. “I can’t say enough about how fabulous they are. Our experience with Eric and this company was exemplary. If I could give extra stars I would.”

Made for Every Table — Including Yours

One of the most common questions Table Pads Pro receives is: “My table has an unusual shape — can you make something for it?” The answer is always yes. The company crafts pads for rectangular tables with leaves, round tables, oval tables, hexagon and octagon tables,

boat-shaped conference tables, bow-end tables, and completely custom shapes. For customers unsure how to measure, Table Pads Pro mails a free pattern kit — customers trace their table on the provided paper and mail it back for a perfect fit every time.

For the most complex table shapes, Eric personally dispatches a representative for an in-home measuring visit. “We’ve been doing this for 45 years,” he says. “There is no table shape we haven’t seen.”

An Investment That Pays for Itself

Professional refinishing of a damaged dining table typically costs $300 to $800 or more — and some damage, like deep heat marks or watermarks, simply cannot be fully restored. A Table Pads Pro custom pad starts at $249 and lasts and lasts 20 to 30 years. That’s less than a penny a day to protect a table worth ten to twenty times that amount. It’s not an expense — it’s the smartest penny you’ll ever spend.

“Took me a while to decide which company to use and I obviously picked the right one,” wrote Sandra Ercolano, a recent customer. “They fit perfectly, look great, and the magnetic system is fantastic. They got it to me sooner than expected.”

Call Eric Directly

When you call 888-929-4940, Eric Partouche answers. Not a call center. Not an automated system. Eric — with 45 years of table pad expertise — will help you measure your table, choose the right color and thickness, and make sure your pad is absolutely perfect before it ships.

Table Pads Pro products are available at www.tablepadspro.com, by phone at 888-929-4940, and through the company’s Etsy shop. Custom table pads start at $249 with flat-rate nationwide shipping of $65.

alab2 Guitarist George MacARTHUR Develops Studio Demo Project Inspired by Classic Rock

The project began as an experiment in adding original guitar parts to well-known classic rock songs. As part of the project, MacARTHUR has created a series of studio demos built around new guitar and bass. He said the work is intended as a creative portfolio and means to reach established artists, producers, and music professionals who may be interested in his services.

MacARTHUR said one of his long-term goals is to have the material heard by Axl Rose, the frontman of Guns N’ Roses, in the hope that it may lead to consideration for studio collaboration or related music work. MacARTHUR has informally referred to the project as Gun & Rose, a title he said reflects the personal and experimental nature of the effort. The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Axl Rose, Guns N’ Roses, or any related rights holders. MacARTHUR said. “I wanted to create something strong enough that it might start a conversation and possibly reach the right people.”

According to MacARTHUR, the work reflects his interest in production and engineering techniques and the role of live instrumentation in modern studio recording. He said the project is also part of a broader effort to establish himself professionally as a guitarist and recording engineer. MacARTHUR is currently working on Street of Dreams and it should be finished in a few days.
