ZeroStack Loads 142M 0G in $107M Power Play as 0G Enters Launch Phase
SAN FRANCISCO, CA
0G and ZeroStack Corp. (Nasdaq: ZSTK) today outlined how their 107 million dollar strategic financing is reshaping both the 0G cap table and access to the project from public markets. Once a planned share exchange with Texas Blocker Corp. closes, ZeroStack is expected to hold 142,232,948 native 0G tokens, representing roughly 21% of total supply and creating a dedicated Nasdaq vehicle for institutional exposure to the 0G ecosystem.

How the structure works
Investors have contributed 142.2 million 0G tokens into Texas Blocker Corp., a special purpose Texas entity formed to hold the position. In the next step, Texas Blocker shares are scheduled to be exchanged 1:1 for approximately 9.1 million ZeroStack shares, after which Texas Blocker will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ZeroStack, subject to customary closing conditions and shareholder approvals.
As part of the same package, ZeroStack’s 0G‑linked convertible note is being retired, leaving the company debt‑free and fully aligned with the long term performance of its 0G holdings rather than short term financing mechanics.
Turning a financing into a builder moment
For 0G, the transaction is less about moving tokens on a cap table and more about clearing room to ship. The team is lining up its most intensive launch window yet, with multiple products aimed at making decentralized AI tangible for builders and safe for capital.
“This deal lets us go heads down on execution during what is shaping up to be our most aggressive launch month yet,” said Michael Heinrich, CEO of 0G and executive chairman of ZeroStack. “We are especially excited about 0G App, a vibe‑coding studio and LLM chat experience that makes building AI agents feel like drag and drop, and 0G Private Computer, which keeps private keys safe while interacting with AI. That is the moment decentralized AI stops being just an infrastructure story and becomes a builder story, and it is the trust layer needed before autonomous agents can responsibly touch real assets.”
A listed proxy for decentralized AI
ZeroStack is positioning itself as a listed proxy for decentralized AI, with 0G at the center of that strategy. Concentrating a large 0G position inside a Nasdaq‑traded company gives equity investors a way to express a view on 0G’s role in the AI stack without leaving public markets, and opens the door to future treasury, staking, and infrastructure plays around the asset.
About 0G Labs
0G Labs is building blockchain infrastructure for AI agents, backed by hundreds of millions of dollars in committed financing to develop what it describes as a full‑stack decentralized AI operating system. Its architecture combines an EVM‑compatible base layer, high‑throughput data availability, decentralized compute, and storage designed for AI‑native workloads.
About 0G Foundation
The 0G Foundation stewards the growth of the 0G ecosystem, supporting core protocol development, grants, and community governance with the goal of making AI infrastructure open, verifiable, and accessible as a public good.
About ZeroStack Corp.
ZeroStack Corp. (Nasdaq: ZSTK) is a public company focused on providing investors with exposure to decentralized AI through concentrated positions in digital assets and related infrastructure, with 0G as its flagship holding. The company also operates a pharmaceutical distribution business through a wholly owned subsidiary.

New curated line of corporate wine gift baskets, premium champagne sets, and engraved bottle gifts designed for businesses, HR teams, and corporate gifting occasions
Sterling, Virginia
Wine & Champagne Gifts, a leading name in beverage gifting, today announced the launch of its Corporate Wine Gifts Collection 2026, a new range built specifically for businesses looking to send high-impact, ready-to-ship corporate wine gift baskets to clients, employees, and partners. The collection arrives as more companies shift toward personalized, premium gifting to strengthen client relationships and reward teams during the holiday and year-end season.

The Corporate Wine Gifts Collection 2026 is designed to answer one of the most common questions corporate buyers ask: “What is the best corporate wine gift basket for clients?” Wine & Champagne Gifts built the collection around three parameters, recognizable premium brands, fast bulk ordering for HR and procurement teams, and customizable presentation for corporate branding.
At the core of the new lineup are gift sets built around some of the most requested names in corporate gifting:
- Veuve Clicquot gift set: a champagne gift set featuring the iconic yellow-label bottle, paired with premium glassware and packaging suited for client appreciation gifts and executive send-offs.
- Dom Perignon gift set: positioned as the collection’s top-tier offering, ideal for VIP clients, key accounts, and milestone corporate anniversaries.
- Caymus gift set: a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon gift set aimed at companies that prefer a bold red wine option for corporate wine gift baskets over champagne.
“Corporate gifting has moved beyond generic gift baskets. Buyers want a recognizable label like Veuve Clicquot or Dom Perignon in the box, not just a generic bottle,” said Tom Gera, Co-founder at Wine & Champagne Gifts. “This collection was built directly around what corporate buyers search for and ask their gifting vendors for every year.”
Wine and Glass Sets, Champagne Flutes, and Engraved Bottles Also Added
Alongside the flagship corporate wine gift baskets, Wine & Champagne Gifts is also expanding its catalog with three additional product lines aimed at businesses that want a lighter-touch or more personalized gift:
Wine and glass sets are now available as a standalone corporate gifting option, featuring an elegant bottle of wine. Champagne flutes gift sets round out the celebratory gifting category, giving companies a ready-made option for product launches, promotions, and end-of-year toasts. For businesses that want a more personal touch, the engraved champagne bottles line allows companies to add a logo, name, or custom message directly onto the bottle, a perfect option for executive gifts, retirement send-offs, and long-term client milestones.
About Wine & Champagne Gifts
Wine & Champagne Gifts specializes in curated, wine and champagne gifting solutions for individuals and businesses alike. With a focus on quality, presentation, and personalization, the company has become a trusted partner for corporate gifting needs across the US.

Miami, FL
A new Partners section brings provider data, operational information, and community feedback together so you can research a crypto service before sendingX your funds.
You can find a better exchange rate and still receive less value than expected. In a one-month study of 150,000 completed swaps, Bitcoin.com Research found execution-time differences of up to 45x between non-custodial providers. In a $1,000 USDT-to-ETH scenario, a 45-minute execution resulted in $160 of lost value, compared with $5 when the swap was completed in one minute.

The research, based on data aggregated through Swapzone, analyzed eight non-custodial providers across ten high-volume trading pairs between January 16 and February 16, 2026. It measured end-to-end execution time, rate accuracy, and rate deviation to assess how execution affects the value you actually receive.
The numbers show why the rate displayed at the start of a transaction is not the only factor you need to check before sending your crypto. The study found a direct relationship between execution time and exposure to rate deviation, with leading providers reaching execution speeds up to 45 times faster than median-performing platforms.
If you start your search with a crypto exchange aggregator , you can compare rates before choosing a provider. But you also need to know what happens after you select the offer: how quickly the service executes swaps, what KYC requirements may apply, how refunds are handled, what products are supported, and what other customers report about their experience.
That is the purpose of Swapzone’s expanded Partners section. You can now research integrated crypto providers through dedicated profiles containing service information, operational data, supported products, community reviews, and Swapzone’s provider evaluation before starting a transaction.
Research the Provider Before You Send Your Crypto
Every integrated partner has a dedicated profile where you can check the information relevant to your transaction.
Depending on the provider, the profile can include:
- Service information: available products, supported assets, and service categories
- Operational information: data relevant to transaction execution and provider performance
- KYC information: available information about identity-verification requirements
- Refund policies: information about how refunds are handled
- Customer support: available support channels and service information
- Community reviews: feedback describing individual user experiences
- Provider rating: Swapzone’s evaluation based on its proprietary methodology
- Service categories: Crypto Exchanges, DEXs, Staking, Loans, Fiat Exchange, and other crypto services
This means you can check the provider before the transaction starts rather than researching the service after something goes wrong.
The information is collected and maintained by the Swapzone team and reviewed as provider services and available products change. Community reviews are displayed separately from Swapzone’s own evaluation, so you can distinguish individual experiences from the platform’s assessment.
Swapzone’s provider evaluation combines multiple data points, including provider characteristics, operational indicators, and aggregated user feedback. The methodology is designed to evaluate providers using a consistent framework rather than relying on a single review.
The approach is supported by Swapzone’s access to transaction-level market data. The Bitcoin.com Research study used 150,000 completed swaps aggregated through Swapzone, measuring execution from deposit confirmation to the arrival of the swapped assets in the destination wallet.
Why Speed Matters to Your Transaction
The research shows that execution time can directly affect the value you receive.
For the $1,000 USDT-to-ETH scenario analyzed by Bitcoin.com Research, the platform completing the swap in 45 minutes produced a final value corresponding to $160 of lost value, while the one-minute execution resulted in $5 of lost value. Both platforms started with approximately the same expected output.
The difference was the execution window.
The study also found that leading platforms routinely completed high-volume floating-rate swaps in under three minutes, while execution times across providers varied from around one minute to more than 40 minutes for some fixed-rate swaps.
For you, that means the provider you choose can affect the outcome even when the initial quote looks similar.
Check Provider Information in One Place
Swapzone currently connects you with more than 20 integrated crypto service providers and gives you access to more than 1,800 digital assets. You can access instant exchanges as well as decentralized exchanges (DEXs), staking, lending, P2P trading, fiat on/off ramps, and other crypto services.
The Partners section also supports specific research journeys. If you search for Changelly reviews , for example, you can open the Changelly provider profile on Swapzone and review its service information, operational details, and community feedback in the same interface.
You can use the Partners section to:
- Check a provider before starting a transaction
- Review factors beyond the quoted exchange rate
- Compare available service information
- Read community feedback
- Check supported products and assets
- Review KYC and refund information where available
- Understand provider performance using Swapzone’s evaluation framework
The idea is simple: before you send your crypto, check the service you’re sending it to.
“When you send crypto to a provider, the exchange rate is only one part of the decision,” said Elizabeth B, Marketing Manager at Swapzone. “Our expanded Partners section gives you a place to check the provider itself before you make the transaction. You can review its services, operational information, and community feedback before your funds are on their way.”
Swapzone’s Partners section extends the role of the platform beyond finding a rate. You can use it to research the provider, check the factors that matter for your transaction, and then access the service directly through the same platform.

Everyday Upgrades Inc., a Microsoft Software Reseller, Launches Platform for Software Licensing and Subscription Tracking

New York-based Everyday Upgrades Inc. combines Microsoft and enterprise software licensing with a dashboard that tracks renewals, identifies idle seats, and provides subscription visibility
NEW YORK, NY
Everyday Upgrades Inc., an independent reseller of Microsoft and other enterprise software licenses, has launched a platform designed to help IT managers and procurement teams purchase software licenses and maintain visibility into their subscriptions.
The company sells traceable licenses across major publishers, including Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Veeam, Citrix, and Kaspersky, and pairs every purchase with access to a live dashboard that shows a company what it owns, how many seats are in use, and when each subscription is due to renew.
The Problem: Managing Software Subscriptions
According to Everyday Upgrades, many organizations manage their software licenses through spreadsheets and other internal records that may become difficult to maintain over time. Licenses can be purchased under incorrect SKUs, subscriptions may auto-renew without being reviewed, and seats can remain idle before being identified.
Everyday Upgrades says its platform is designed to address these areas by helping companies identify the appropriate license, facilitating delivery, and providing ongoing visibility into subscription information.
How the Platform Works
Everyday Upgrades process runs in four steps:
- Tell us the need: A customer describes the outcome they are seeking; no SKU or licensing knowledge is required.
- Get a firm quote: Everyday Upgrades returns a written recommendation, including a lower-cost alternative if one exists, typically within four business hours. The quote is held for thirty days.
- Receive the keys: Approved orders are fulfilled through authorized distribution and delivered the same business day, along with a signed license certificate for the customer’s asset register.
- Track it going forward: Every license is added to the company’s dashboard, which the platform calls the “license vault,” where it is monitored for renewal dates and usage.
The tracking side of the platform, which Everyday Upgrades calls Renewal Radar, sends alerts at 90, 60, and 30 days before a subscription renews and separately flags “idle seats,” or licenses a company is paying for but not actively using, so teams can review their subscription count before renewal.
The tracking tool is not limited to purchases made through Everyday Upgrades. The company says it can load a customer’s existing licenses, including those purchased directly from a publisher or through another reseller, into the same dashboard for monitoring, including subscriptions it did not sell.
Designed for Small and Mid-Sized Teams
Everyday Upgrades says the platform is intended to provide smaller and mid-sized organizations with access to software licensing guidance and subscription tracking.
The company says it will quote and fulfill an order for a single seat, with the same written recommendation, signed certificate, and renewal tracking that a 1,000-seat customer receives, and with no cost for use of the tracking platform itself.
One customer, an IT manager at a 210-person logistics firm, said the renewal reporting identified that the company had been paying for more licenses than it was actively using.
Pricing and Terms
Everyday Upgrades offers monthly, annual, and three-year commitment terms, with standard, nonprofit, and education pricing tiers. Payment is accepted by card or bank transfer, and net-30 terms are available to approved business accounts after an initial order. The company can also invoice against a purchase order number for finance teams that require one.
The company says all licenses are sourced through authorized distribution channels and come with verifiable order references, distinguishing them from previously activated or unauthorized software keys that may be available through other channels.
