Hong Kong
Sumex, the Hong Kong – based non-custodial crypto SuperApp that brings CeFi and DeFi portfolio tracking and management, has announced a new partnership and integration with Quickex as part of its ongoing expansion of swap infrastructure and liquidity routes. The integration introduces Quickex’s fast, non-custodial swap engine and aggregated liquidity into the Sumex ecosystem, enabling users to access competitive rates across a broad range of assets without needing to juggle multiple exchange interfaces.
To celebrate the launch, Sumex and Quickex are rolling out a new Swap Campaign, featuring a different reward model centered on daily competition and consistent user participation.

Expanding Access to Deep Aggregated Liquidity
Quickex is a non-custodial crypto exchange service that connects users to multiple liquidity sources, delivering competitive exchange rates across a wide range of assets and networks. Its cross-chain infrastructure supports swaps on more than 50 networks, while its routing system aggregates liquidity from multiple providers to enhance pricing and execution conditions. Quickex also enables users to swap directly from their wallets without relinquishing custody of their assets.
For traders, the addition of another established liquidity source gives Sumex more routes to evaluate when processing a swap. Instead of relying on a single provider, Sumex can continue comparing available routes and execution conditions across its expanding network of swap partners.
The result is a deeper infrastructure layer operating behind the scenes, while users continue to interact with the same unified Sumex Swap experience.
Strengthening the Sumex Swap Aggregator
One of Sumex’s use cases is to aggregate liquidity and routing providers so users don’t have to manually compare different protocols and exchange interfaces for every transaction. The addition of Quickex expands that network with another non-custodial source of liquidity and swap execution. Quickex also supports a wide range of cryptocurrency pairs and offers both fixed and floating exchange rates, giving users more options depending on the route and prevailing market conditions.
As with Sumex’s broader swap infrastructure, users stay in full control of their assets throughout the process. The integration introduces another route behind the scenes without requiring an additional account, dashboard, or platform to manage. This is central to Sumex’s approach to aggregation: bring more liquidity, more routes, and more execution options into one place while keeping the user experience simple.
One Day. One Epoch. New Rewards Every Day.
To celebrate the integration, Sumex and Quickex have launched a new Swap Campaign with a reward structure built around daily competition.
Instead of running one long competition, the campaign divides activity into daily epochs. Each day represents a fresh opportunity to compete, with up to $152 in rewards available per epoch and rewards distributed daily. This gives users a new chance to participate every 24 hours rather than requiring them to compete against activity accumulated throughout an entire campaign period.
Eligible swaps routed through Quickex on Sumex count toward the campaign, turning regular swap activity into an opportunity to earn additional rewards while exploring the newly integrated liquidity routes.
The campaign is now live through the Sumex Rewards Hub.

More Routes, More Competition, One Swap Experience
The Quickex integration adds another piece to Sumex’s growing swap infrastructure as the platform continues bringing together liquidity, routing providers, and DeFi services under one interface. For users, the objective remains straightforward: access more assets and more competitive routes without having to move between different platforms to find them.
The Quickex campaign adds another reason to explore those newly available routes, with a fresh competitive opportunity resetting every day.
The Sumex x Quickex Swap Campaign is now live on Sumex.

The portfolio includes mandates and opportunities across real estate, hospitality, healthcare and senior living, as well as corporate transactions and special situations
CGPH Banque d’affaires is currently working on a portfolio of mandates and opportunities with an aggregate value of approximately €2.5 billion, reinforcing its origination, advisory and financial structuring activities across European private markets.
The pipeline includes transactions at different stages of analysis, structuring and execution, with a significant presence across real estate, hospitality, healthcare and senior living. It also includes corporate opportunities, growth transactions, refinancings and special situations.
The aggregate value refers to transactions currently being worked on or available through CGPH’s network and does not represent assets directly owned or managed by the company.
CGPH works alongside entrepreneurs, companies, investors and real estate operators to define financial structures tailored to the characteristics of each transaction. Its work begins with the analysis of the opportunity and, depending on the mandate, continues through structuring, preparation of the transaction dossier and identification of the most appropriate financing counterparties.
The portfolio includes private debt and private credit transactions, financings secured by real estate assets, acquisitions, developments, refinancings and real estate value-enhancement initiatives. The opportunities vary in size, geography, structure and risk profile and are assessed individually before being presented to funds, family offices, private lenders and institutional investors.
A cross-sector approach to private markets
A significant portion of the current pipeline relates to sectors in which the real estate component must be assessed alongside the quality of the operator, the economic viability of the underlying business and the financial structure of the transaction.
This is particularly the case in hospitality, healthcare and senior living, where acquisitions, developments, refinancings and operational growth often require solutions specifically tailored to the needs of both the asset and the operating business.
In these transactions, CGPH acts as advisor and process coordinator, aligning the client’s requirements with the investment and financing criteria of counterparties within its international network.
“The scale of the pipeline is an important achievement, but the most significant aspect is the quality and diversification of the opportunities we are working on,” said Kolyo Boichev, CEO of CGPH Banque d’affaires. “Our role is not simply to connect capital with opportunities. We begin by understanding the transaction, its underlying business rationale and the needs of the parties in order to identify a credible and executable financial structure.”
Origination and execution capabilities
The growth of the pipeline reflects the continued expansion of CGPH’s commercial and international network, together with the company’s ability to work on cross-border transactions and structures involving different categories of investors and lenders.
CGPH will continue to expand its network of partners, capital providers and specialised professionals, while maintaining a selective approach to evaluating opportunities. The priority will remain on transactions where the company can make a tangible contribution to structuring, capital sourcing and the coordination of execution.
About CGPH Banque d’affaires
CGPH advises companies, entrepreneurs and investors on private debt, real estate, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. The company operates through an international network of funds, lenders, family offices, institutional investors and specialised professionals.

As Florida’s hospitality and tourism industries continue to evolve, businesses across the state are embracing a powerful design trend that blends cultural authenticity with luxury outdoor appeal: custom commercial tiki huts. Native American Chiki Huts/Tiki Huts LLC, known statewide as Tiki Palm Huts, is experiencing a significant rise in demand from restaurants, marinas, resorts, and waterfront venues seeking to elevate their customer experience through tropical branding and immersive outdoor environments.
With more than 20 years of experience, the Seminole Native‑owned company has become a trusted leader in commercial tiki hut construction, offering premium structures that combine cultural craftsmanship with modern engineering. Florida businesses are increasingly turning to Tiki Palm Huts to create visually striking, functional spaces that attract customers, enhance ambiance, and support year‑round outdoor service.
Commercial clients cite several reasons for the growing popularity of tiki‑inspired branding. Florida’s climate makes outdoor dining and entertainment a major revenue driver, and custom tiki huts provide natural shade, cooling airflow, and weather‑resistant durability. This allows businesses to expand seating capacity, improve guest comfort, and create inviting spaces that encourage longer visits.
Tiki Palm Huts’ commercial builds are crafted using premium materials such as cypress, pressure‑treated pine, and authentic or synthetic palm thatch. Each structure is engineered for high‑traffic environments, ensuring long‑term performance and compliance with Florida’s building standards. As Seminole Native builders, the team incorporates traditional techniques that add cultural depth and authenticity to every project, making each hut a unique reflection of Florida’s heritage.
Beyond new construction, the company provides professional re‑thatching, repairs, and full restorations for existing commercial huts. Many Florida businesses are upgrading older structures ahead of the busy fall and winter tourism seasons, choosing Tiki Palm Huts for their craftsmanship, reliability, and ability to deliver fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
This trend is especially strong in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the Florida Keys, and coastal regions where waterfront dining and entertainment dominate the local economy. From tiki bars and poolside cabanas to large‑scale event huts and branded outdoor lounges, commercial clients are investing in tropical design to differentiate their venues and create memorable guest experiences.
As Florida continues to attract millions of visitors each year, businesses are recognizing the value of immersive outdoor environments that reflect the state’s natural beauty and cultural roots. Custom tiki huts offer a unique blend of function, atmosphere, and branding power — and Tiki Palm Huts remains at the forefront of delivering these high‑end commercial solutions.
Businesses ready to enhance their venue with a luxury commercial tiki hut are encouraged to book a no‑cost, in‑person quote. The team is committed to helping Florida venues create standout spaces that captivate guests and elevate their brand.

Uaralyx Examines Post-Trade Verification Framework for Digital Asset Transparency

From order execution to liability records and custody reconciliation, Uaralyx’s architectural approach examines how information connects behind each trade, translating security and transparency into specific points of verification.
Brasília, Brazil
Uaralyx, a digital asset market infrastructure project, has outlined its architectural approach to post-trade record consistency and verifiable trust, examining how execution records, user balances, platform liabilities and custody information can be connected to support greater transparency across digital asset systems.

The framework focuses on the relationship between what users see after a trade is completed and the underlying records required to verify that execution results, account changes and asset records remain consistent.
For digital asset platforms, an execution notification represents one stage of a broader process. Following execution, transaction records, account balances, liability records and custody information must each be considered within an appropriate verification framework.
Uaralyx’s approach examines how these separate elements can be connected and evaluated, emphasizing that transparency depends not only on the availability of information but also on whether different records can be reconciled accurately.
Connecting Execution Records With Asset Verification
Under Uaralyx’s proposed hybrid execution design, price discovery and order matching take place off-chain, while related state changes are periodically anchored to a verifiable on-chain settlement layer.
The approach is designed to balance execution efficiency with subsequent verification capabilities. Because matching, account updates and on-chain anchoring occur at different stages, Uaralyx emphasizes the importance of clearly defining the timing and scope of each verification record.
For example, asset records from one point in time and user liability records from another cannot automatically be considered a complete reconciliation for the same period without accounting for changes that occurred between those points.
Uaralyx’s financial verification approach therefore focuses on the relationship between asset evidence, user liability records and client asset segregation.
The company notes that the existence of assets in a wallet, inclusion of user balances in verification processes and restrictions on asset use represent related but separate areas that require individual consideration.
Operational Controls and System Integrity
Uaralyx’s approach also considers how systems generating and maintaining financial records are operated.
The project’s operational integrity design includes concepts such as least-privilege access, segregation of duties and disaster recovery planning.
These controls address questions related to which roles can perform critical actions, how responsibilities are separated and how systems can continue supporting reconciliation following operational interruptions.
Uaralyx states that transparency extends beyond transaction records to include the processes and controls governing system operation.
The effectiveness of these control structures depends on actual deployment conditions and supporting verification materials.
Examining Trading Fairness and Market Integrity
Uaralyx’s market integrity approach also considers the relationship between execution transparency and trading fairness.
A traceable execution result does not independently establish that an execution process is fair. According to Uaralyx, examination of execution rules, potential conflicts of interest and abnormal trading behavior is an important part of evaluating market integrity.
The project’s architectural direction considers deterministic matching sequences and monitoring approaches designed to support greater visibility into trading processes.
Verification Capabilities Require Clear Scope and Timing
Uaralyx identifies higher-frequency automated state proofs and continuous attestation supported by zero-knowledge technology as areas of technical development.
The company notes that architectural descriptions alone do not establish that these capabilities are fully operational. Their availability depends on actual development status, implementation details and applicable verification processes.
According to Uaralyx, verification systems should clearly define:
- Which assets and liabilities are covered;
- The point in time represented by the verification;
- The methodology used;
- Any limitations or areas outside the scope of verification.
Defining these boundaries helps ensure that individual verification results are interpreted accurately rather than viewed as broader security guarantees.
Building Verifiable Trust in Digital Asset Infrastructure
By examining how information connects after a trade is marked “Executed,” Uaralyx’s technical approach focuses on specific relationships between execution results, accounting records, asset verification, operational permissions and market integrity.
The project states that these relationships provide a framework for evaluating transparency and assessing future technical development.
As digital asset infrastructure continues to evolve, Uaralyx believes that clearer connections between execution, custody, settlement and operational controls can contribute to more measurable approaches to trust.
About Uaralyx
Uaralyx is an adaptive infrastructure project for digital asset markets. Its architectural direction encompasses trade execution, liquidity coordination, unified risk management, custody and settlement, and jurisdiction-aware compliance design.
The project centers its technical approach on verifiable trust, examining how asset, financial, operational and market integrity systems work together.
This release describes architectural concepts and development directions and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Product and service availability depends on actual development status, applicable jurisdictions and regulatory requirements. Digital assets involve market, technology, liquidity and regulatory risks.
